On this episode we’re steering the ship up to Canada for a minute to highlight an emcee by the name of GhostboyRJ, who’s making honest, no frills, low fidelity rap tunes. He sent over the song ‘Shrug It Off / Keep Up’ a little while back and it’s nothing but chill, vibey fire - organic, laid back musings over warm vintage sample chops and drums. We’ve had it on repeat around HQ, so we wanted to share the vibes. Enjoy this - and definitely shoot him a follow on your platforms of choice @ghostboyrj so you don’t miss the new jams he’s got cooking for 2021. • follow us @studymusicgroup and let us know what you think.

On this episode we've got music from Colombian producer/beatmaker Alejandro Sanint, better known under the pseudonym MOTB.

*For those curious, the acronym stands for "Monkey on The Beat", lol.

We connected after hearing his recently released instrumental single 'Morning Coffee', and decided at the very least, a podcast feature was in order. Before we knew it, he shot over an additional banger, 'Trippin', an exclusive new single that we're happy to bring you today. Enjoy the two tracks, and be on the lookout for more in 2021.
