The circumstances and events surrounding the conception and birth of Yeshua, the Messiah, are extraordinary in that they have occurred only once in all of human history. Messiah's birth took place in a known town, but it was in a private, isolated, obscure, and somewhat secretive place with minimal witnesses. However, it is recorded for the entire world to see. Listen as Arthur discusses the many fulfillments of prophecies converging and culminating in the birth of the Messiah, King of the Jews, King of kings and Savior of the world.
In Day 3, YeHoVaH calls the water to gather in various places which are called seas. This results in dry land which is called Earth. Day 3 is also the day of the creation of grass, herbs and trees. Arthur discusses the mixing of seed and how Father does not want us changing His Creation.
In our last study on Messiah's Bloodline, Arthur followed the two bloodlines revealed in Matthew and Luke to uncover the probability of both Joseph's lineage and the lineage of Mary, through David's sons Solomon and Nathan. This week, Arthur examines the message given to Joseph in a dream asking him to do something no man in recorded Biblical history has ever done. Joseph is to take for a wife a woman who is impregnated by the Holy Spirit.
Genesis is a record of what YeHoVaH revealed to Moses, the author of Genesis. The second day begins with YeHoVaH separating the water that He made in Day One and creating the expanse called Heaven. This Podcast also looks at the alignment of Genesis and The Gospel of John that says all things were made by Him and without Him was not anything made that was made. Arthur emphasizes the importance of sticking with what is actually written in Scripture.
The genealogy of Yeshua is vital prophetically in determining if Yeshua is in fact the prophesied Messiah. Matthew traces Yeshua's bloodline back through Perez, the son of Tamar and Judah to Israel, to Isaac, and to Abraham, the father of us all who live by faith. In this
genealogical trace, Matthew demonstrates to his readers that Yeshua is the prophesied Messiah with the royal bloodline through the House of David. Matthew stresses that faith in Yeshua Messiah was crucial to the restoration of the Kingdom of Israel and for the salvation of the nations of the world.
Arthur Bailey continues his verse-by-verse commentary teaching on The Book of Genesis. In this Podcast, Arthur describes the process of creation and the order in which creation takes shape starting with YeHoVaH separating the light from the darkness. Listen to find out about the creation of darkness!
In the Introduction, we will look into Matthew's Israelite upbringing, who he was, why he wrote his account, when he wrote it, and who his intended audience was. As a disciple of Yeshua, Matthew provides unique insight into the ministry of the Messiah due to Matthew's knowledge of the history of the Hebrew people and his close proximity to the Savior.
