Yeshua, led by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness, is empowered to resist, overcome the temptations of the devil, and enabled to command the devil to get away from Him.  Upon hearing the news that John was imprisoned, Yeshua relocates from Nazareth to Capernaum and begins His public ministry. In the power of the Holy Spirit, Yeshua begins to lay the foundation of The Kingdom Gospel and calls disciples to follow Him.

  • Genesis: The Days of Creation - Genesis 2:1-25
At the end of Day 7, YeHoVaH was done with Creation. We clearly see in Chapter Two that Genesis was not written in chronological order because Moses, the writer of Genesis, gives us a synopsis with details on what Father did in Chapter One.  Genesis 2 gives the intricacies of what Elohim did during the Creation in Chapter One which includes the creation of woman and the naming of the animals on Day Six.

  • The Gospel According to Matthew: The Spirit, the Word, and the devil - Matthew 4:1-11

John the Baptist witnesses the Holy Spirit descending on Yeshua in fulfillment of what YeHoVaH had said to him and thereby YeHoVaH reveals the "Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world". The same Holy Spirit then leads Yeshua in the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.

Listen as Arthur explains how Yeshua gives all Spirit filled believers, for ages to come, the method and example on how to personally exercise dominion and power over all the works of the devil in the individual believer's life.

  • Genesis: In the Beginning - Day 7 & Chapter 2:1-3

YeHoVaH blessed Day 7 and rested on it.  Day 7 was sanctified; it was set apart from all the other days.  The seventh day was the only day that was blessed, rested on, and sanctified. Arthur delineates the Commandments from YeHoVaH that were designed so that man would keep the Holy Sabbath Day holy.

  • The Gospel According to Matthew: John Baptizes Yeshua

Listen as Arthur examines the question of whether Yeshua was baptized, or mikveh-ed by John in the Jordan River.  Baptism is a doctrine laid out in the New Testament for those who follow Yeshua the Messiah. Many in the Messianic and Hebrew Roots use the term mikveh in relation to and, in some cases, as opposed to baptism. Are believers instructed to mikveh or be baptized? In this teaching, Arthur will investigate and compare baptism and mikveh to determine the proper Biblical understanding so that we are not ignorant of what Scripture actually commands, or instructs, us to do as believers.

  • Genesis: In the Beginning - Day 6

In Day 6, all land creatures, organisms, and man were created. Arthur addresses the issue that some believe that the female was created on a later day than the man. From Scripture it is shown that YeHoVaH blessed both the male and the female on Day 6.  On that same Day, instructions on diet were given and the animals were named.

  • The Gospel According to Matthew: Repentance and Religion

Several hundred years before the Savior was born, YeHoVaH spoke to His servant Isaiah, the prophet, to warn the people to repent and to foretell of the Redeemer who would come and save Israel from their sins, themselves, and their enemies. Isaiah prophesied that before the Savior came, there would be a voice of one crying in the wilderness saying, "Prepare the way for YeHoVaH".

Listen as Arthur tells us that John the Baptist was that voice warning the inhabitants of Israel (the priests, the teachers, the rabbis, and the people) that the time had come for them to repent and receive the Kingdom of Heaven that was at hand. The people were perplexed because they believed that they were already the people of God, the children of Abraham. Nevertheless, many came forth repenting of their sins.

  • The Gospel According to Matthew: Yeshua Goes to Egypt

YeHoVaH, through a dream, informed the wise men, who had come to worship the King, to return to their country another way. YeHoVaH revealed to Joseph in a dream about the plans of Herod to kill Yeshua. YeHoVaH then instructs Joseph to take his wife and son to Egypt and await further instructions.

Listen as Arthur explains that Egypt, the land of Mizraim, the son of Ham, the son of Noah, has played a key role in the lives of the Hebrew people throughout Scripture. Now, once again, Egypt becomes a sanctuary of safety used in YeHoVaH's Master Plan.
