We've got another quick episode before we are back to some fabulous interviews in two weeks! Jenny talks about how her formative years lead her down the path to owning her boutique, Pink Lagoon and also becoming a stylist.

This past October, I got the once in a lifetime opportunity to travel to India on a group retreat with my friend and jewelry designer, Sonja Picard. If that name sounds familiar, its because she was a guest on the S&S podcast back in season 2 and her travels to India really inspired me to join her on this incredible trip.

Tammy Dalton Wellness launched online coaching and a self guided master class in 2023. 20 years as a personal trainer, nutritionist and healthy food creator has given Tammy deep insight into aging women's unique wellness needs. Her unique approach focuses on the brain/body connection and focuses on uncovering emotional roadblocks specific to lifestyle choices. Her dedication to women's mental and physical health is second only to raising her teenagers, fur babies and quality time with her husband.

Jen Menchaca is a seasoned female veteran in the contemporary fashion world. Along with her long time friend and business partner, Lisa Hickey, they founded perfectwhitetee using their combined experience in sales, marketing and branding to create the perfect collection of elevated basics for the market. The two of them love t-shirts and have always wanted to start a t-shirt line. Together, the two identified a hole in the market for t-shirts in the better contemporary space. They noticed for a lot of brands, the t-shirt is an afterthought. Change of Scenery is a women's luxury, sustainable Swim and Resortwear line launched in March 2022. They had an amazing launch year including online and hundreds of in-person events around the country. They also initiated wholesale for Summer 2023 at Nordstrom.com, Wolf & Badger and select US boutiques, and recently launched on Saks.com. They have been featured in Vogue.com, WWD, Oprah, Town & Country, and more. Jamie has two decades of experience as Head of Design for iconic brands such as Kate Spade, Shoshanna and Milly. Leaning on that experience, she recognized a white space in the Swim and Resortwear market for high-quality and sophisticated swim under $200 retail, designed for women 30+. Change of Scenery has become especially known for their perfect cheek coverage (especially our high-waisted bikini bottom) and our coordinating resortwear/swim looks. Their styles are all made from sustainable materials and all of our packaging is recycled and/or recyclable.

Anna Kloots is a New York Times bestselling author who always dreamed of being a Disney princess.
