He's been a practicing lawyer in the State of New York since 2002 and specializes in general counsel and legal services on food labeling compliance, commercial contracts, product recall management, liability, trademarks, and more.

Currently serving as a Major in the New York Air National Guard, he is also a former Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps which honed his expertise in government ethics, criminal law, installation law, and contract law.
