I’ll be honest, when our guest this week, Kimberley Grabas, proposed this topic, I was unsure what to think about it. Frankly, I’d never heard of an author business plan, not in all my 10 years in the book industry. I even had a hard time coming up with enough questions to ask her. Luckily, I did, and I have to say, I learned quite a bit recording this episode. Author Business Plans are really no different than any other business plan. I just hadn’t thought about authors as “entrepreneurs” often enough to consider how one might benefit an author. So, tune in, and learn with me all about Author Business Plans. It’s definitely the most I’ve learned from any episode I’ve one so far.
