I’ll be honest, when our guest this week, Kimberley Grabas, proposed this topic, I was unsure what to think about it. Frankly, I’d never heard of an author business plan, not in all my 10 years in the book industry. I even had a hard time coming up with enough questions to ask her. Luckily, I did, and I have to say, I learned quite a bit recording this episode. Author Business Plans are really no different than any other business plan. I just hadn’t thought about authors as “entrepreneurs” often enough to consider how one might benefit an author. So, tune in, and learn with me all about Author Business Plans.
