I had the opportunity to sit down with Greg Ryan of Bell's Los Alamos in the dining room of Octavia in SF, all while John Trox took photos of the conversation (AS IT WAS HAPPENING). Pretty dope if you ask me. Passionate people make life worth it. I didn't have a chance to sit down with Chef Daisy as she was busy prepping that evenings Pop Up Menu.
