In this episode, I explore the contemplative practice Visio Divina with Charlotte Donlon. We discuss moments of surprise and transformation that happen in the unlikeliest of times and places and how Visio Divina helps us to slow down, get out of our heads, and stay open to seeing, hearing, and experiencing how God is moving in our lives.

1. Choose a piece of art or something beautiful.
