I totally forced myself to get off the couch and drop a new banger. As usual I didn't have much to say. Then, I started talking. There's a lot to unpack in this one, I share my perspective and newfound clarity about stress and life.  I'm sure that plenty of conversations will be had about my stop at the Italian market and travel down memory lane. Sup? It's me again. This is technically the Thanksgiving episode, but I didn't really focus on that very much. Instead, I gave procrastinators a pass and made it okay provide a "thought" as a gift. Hello. How are things going? Me too, mostly the same. In what started as me talking about where I was born, I quickly derailed myself and off I went. As per usual I am not totally sure what I talked about. I recall discussing my current state of introspection and how I got "here," wherever that is. I hope this show fits your vibe. 

Hey, it's me again. I took a break because I'm lazy and lame and did a bunch of stuff. I finally had a free night, so I sat down in the guest room. There was no plan, you already know the deal. There are too many topics to even list. I started with Halloween and left out a ton of stuff. Seems I got off track and am only just now realizing it. Sh!t. Oh well. Once I got off track, I just kept going. I hope you dig it. 

You know how I sit down from time to time and words just travel all over the place? Yeah, that. This one is about cleaning out old junk and many other random things. Not much more to say, I hope you like it.

After a long ass drive I am back home from the wedding weekend. The story begins there and ends up with me asking for help. Arbor is back with some random ideas and questionable answers. Take a ride with me on my soap box as I complain about all that I have while continually adding to the empire. I guess at the end of the day, the only one I can blame is myself. 

In this episode I have a co-host! Welcome Sol to the show, my new AI co-host. I ask a bunch of questions and allow the ChatGPT AI do its thing. I ended up deep in a rabbit hole and learned a few things. That's what most of this show is about. The short cut to mastering AI quickly. There are a few pro tips in there and much more. Hopefully you can find the usefulness of this ever expanding AI.

I finally had a free moment to get back in the guest room and throw down a new episode. This one is mostly a vacation recap, but there are a few other stories in there. This is my gift to you, a middle age dude complaining about bad customer service and "kids these days." I have a few show recommendations and some decent diet advise that I won't take.
