Hey Sabscribers!

I was sitting at a cafe recently and started yapping about how sad I am about ending my life long friendships and even parts of my professional life. I tend to build sentimental attachment to many things and people in my life. So many of these things and people aren't exactly deserving of this sentimental value. I realized these things became sentimental to me because they were reflections of who I was in those moments. To let go of those people or things is to also shed those parts of myself.

Hey Sabscribers!

Just wanted to keep this light this week and offer a quick check-in with myself. November 2023 I was down baddddd. I probably experienced some of the worst depressions in a long time. Although what sent me down this depression might seem minor to most people or in comparison to everything I’ve been through, it was one of the first times I’ve ever healthily allowed myself to feel. A year ago I discovered a pivotal progression in my mental and emotional intelligence. I can’t wait to look back and reflect on the entirety of 2024. I love myself more and more everyday.

Hey Sabscribers!

First off, shout-out to my homie Izzy for coming through and executing on my coverart. This was certainly beyond expectations and I don't think there's a way I can show how appreciative I am for this.

In this episode, I wanted to share some feelings of isolation and loneliness that I experience often, but more emphasized in this current state of my life. Lately, I've been going through a lot of changes, personally, professionally and creatively. There's many parts of me that I feel are far overgrown than needed and I've been forced to let go. It's been painful and lonely. Lonely not because I'm alone, but because I have to go through this alone and there is nothing anyone can do for me but allow me my space to isolate and heal.
