September is Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month. So, this week Kat (@kat.defatta) had one of her very best friends, Taylor McLeod, on the show to talk about how we can support all of our friends during these hard times - even the ones we may not know are struggling. Taylor works in crisis prevention & intervention and has a HUGE heart for those who feel alone, misunderstood, and looked over.
