Sept. 10th: Healing Rest

This morning, Pastor Lizzy followed the testimonies of our kids and uyouth who attended camp with a short devotional on healing rest. Be encouraged as you learn how to receive nourishment, healing, and rest from Jesus. “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest…” Matthew 11:28

Sept. 3: Don’t Bend, Be a Daniel

Today, Pastor Lizzy takes a look at the one of the most well-known stories in the Bible: Daniel in the lion’s den. Through this message, we are encouraged to live like Daniel and not bend when opposition comes, but rather, pray to God, trust in God, and give testimony of the faithfulness and goodness of God. 

August 27th: Part of the Family of God

This morning, Pastor Tyler beautifully illustrates how we are the family of God; chosen, adopted, and accepted.  Because of the great love of God to call us, as flawed people, into His family, we now have a new name and identity. 

August 20th: Love by serving. 
In this message, Pastor Lizzy looks at how we can respond to the great love of Jesus by showing others love through serving. We are to follow the lead of Jesus, who modeled service with humility, intentionality, and an outpouring of love. 

In this message, Pastor Lizzy unpacks Nehemiah 3, and shows that God uses ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things, when they step out in faith together. God loves unity in community, and will work through us to repair and restore what has been broken. 

Have you ever felt stuck in the muck, unable to move forward in faith? In this message, Pastor Lizzy dives into the book of Nehemiah and encourages us to rise up with resolute faith in order to set right what is broken. 

In this sermon, Pastor Lizzy concludes the study on Gideon in examining how this man, who began scared and afraid, came to be listed in Hebrews 11, as one of our heroes of the faith. Gideon's resolve to follow God's plans and purposes, despite his fear, allowed him to step into his true identity as a mighty man of valour. 

This week, Pastor Lizzy continued in our series on Gideon's journey in Judges 6, and shared about the importance of tearing down the false altars in our life in order to build up a new altar, with God as the foundation. 

In this message, Pastor Lizzy looks at Gideon's life as God intersected him in the darkest moment, and shares about the importance of standing on the truth of God's Word and declaring it over your life. 

In this message, Pastor Tyler shares how God met Elijah just as he needed in the season he found himself in. Elijah didn't need a strong display of God's might and power, he needed the gentle comfort and direction that came from God's still small voice. Be encouraged, as you listen, that God desires to meet you, just as you need, right now.
