A junior police officer is being hailed a hero after risking her life to save a woman from a sinking car. It was in the early hours the driver lost control plunging into a creek on Sydney's northern beaches. As the car quickly took on water Probationary Constable Keisha McJannet dived in freed the woman and saved her from drowning.
