A man who was stuck in a narrow tunnel on Sunset Cliffs has finally been freed, as first responders took nearly 20 hours to bring him to safety. The man accused of masterminding one of the biggest bribery and corruption scandals in US Navy history has been extradited back to San Diego. Airline representatives say they are prepared for what experts believe will be a record-setting number of travelers this holiday season.
