Sunset Grooves

Damn..... Wildfang and all the artists killing it on this double VA compilation. Very pleased to premier this fantastic track Incantation by Rabih Rizk who is one of favorite Lebanese artists consistently delivering quality productions. This track sets the scene perfectly for the settling sun into the late night atmosphere.

Track Info:

Wildfang Music VA 2018 - Helios & Selene

Wildfang Music family is representing our 2nd various artist compilation - split into two stories. The story of Helios and the story of Selene. As the summer brings lots of sun, people come together to celebrate their own orb and its energy. Helios, god of the sun is the messenger of the cozy and slower part, organic and harmonic, to find the right mood in the daytime.

Selene, god of the moon is sending us into the night, deeper, darker and stronger, to feel the driving force of our dance floors.

Following artists will be your guides for this journey through time:

Alaix Pulse | Alvaro Suarez | Arteriam & Warte:mal | Dolph | Echoel | Fulltone | George X | GUZY | Ioanis & Don Son | Joep Mencke & Deep Filip | Kaan Üner & Thommie G | Kapoor | Landhouse & Raddantze | Lars Neubert | Parallells | Passierschein A38 | Rabih Rizk | Sander | Savvas | Stil & Bense | Thorsten Walker | VANDER | Victor Norman | VieL | Vincent Gericke | Nikolai Wotafak | youlaike |

Helios & Selene

A constitution of the mighty interdependence between 2 opposite sides, both influencing our being in a specific way and each depending on other. Without darkness no light. Without day no night. Dive into this symbiotic interaction of two melting dimensions and join the circle of life. Feel the unit of time.

WFM001 Helios

Explore the strength of the daylight, sent by the god of the sun, Helios. Positive vibes caused by the full spectrum of lightwaves, filling up your energy level with power to resist till the next sunrise. Pure bliss will be gained as a side effect. The magic of these live creating conditions will always be impressive.

WFM002 Selene

After light comes dark, after the sundown the moon is rising. Selene, sister of Helios and god of the moon is lightening us the way through the darkness, as it orbits our world, and its gravity keeps the tides moving. The beauty of our shiny natural satellite gives us what we need to face the dawn.

A new premiere from Yarni's upcoming EP full of wonderful remixes. We are pleased to premier this subtle remix by Harmonious. A wonderful smooth melodic groove throughout this journey. Definitely something we would play for the upcoming sunsets over Lac Léman.

Info:

Yarni's `Entkommen' was a well-received debut album on this label last year, and now comes the first of two remixes EPs.

AWITW, ATDHE, Harmonious, Lauer, Tales of Voodoo and IPG V Yarni all serve up brilliant new versions ahead of part two in September. Night Noise regular AWITW opens things up and channels his Balearic senses on `Agitator' creating a CFCF like vibe. It's awash with rippling synths and beach-y grooves to carry you away.

Next up, IPG follow on from their recent disco hit with Hot Toddy, joining forces here with Yarni for a remix of `Granny's Garden' that is blissed out and dreamy thanks to the heavenly chords and gentle percussion. Then it's, ATDHE a newcomer from Yarni's hometown of Sheffield who breathes new life, broken beats & shimmering melodies into `Waterfall'. For his remix, Dutch producer `Harmonious' takes us on a beautifully harmonic journey with rubbery kicks powering along the thoughtful groove.

After that is another newcomer in the form of Tales Of Voodoo who take the delightful `Goin Live in Rabat', strip it back and turn it into a percussion heavy, Sergio Mendes styled slice of Latin tinged dance floor action. Last of all is an alternative disco remix of '28 Years of It' from Tuff City Kid member Lauer who uses all his know how to cook up a euphoric remix with big retro chords and effortlessly summery vibes.

All six of these remixes offering something different but equally essential for the dance floor and mark another superb release from Night Noise Music.

Celebrating spring's arrival and its beautiful weather, we're proud to gather four talents for the Spring Vibes Compilation! This collection is pure electronica with an organic and enchanting flavor.

Ted Kasprow returns to Art Vibes after its critically acclaimed EP « The over's empathy » with « Tortured by Water », an ode to enchantment. The gentle and relaxing vibe is set through layers of ethnic percussions and soothing melodic textures.

Kachelly from Saint Pertersburg joins the compilation with « Nbiru », an organic masterpiece which evokes a waterfall of positive and vivifying emotions. It is perfect for the season and the renewal of sounds that come with it.

7.40 from Moscow delivers its talent with 'I Found You', a deep track that catches the ear with its mesmerizing pads and plucks. The growling bassline adds some warmth and groove assuring it to work well on the dancefloor!

Rupert Ellis 'Blind Through Colors' is a joyful melodic techno anthem with some crazy synth action. The sound scene is set by distant and dreamy pads that invites one to sit back and immerse himself in the auditory landscape.

Been following these two for a while and it is an absolute pleasure to have them on board. As described by themselves some chillaxing and melodic vibes for these next 60 minutes. Currently in Bangkok and about to hit the beaches with the calm waves and warm sunsets, this set is perfect to have on while your sipping your pina coladas. Both as a duo and individuals they know how to add that thin cucumber slice that is missing from the perfect gin and tonic.

Thanks again guys for a super mix!

Words from the artists:

Somethings in life we can take for granted, like the sun that rises and sets every day. Watching a beautiful sunset is one of the most grateful and powerful experiences we can have. Although far too often overclouded by our hectic lives. Not so accidentally our Dutch pronounced artist names Dauw (‘Dew’) & Schemering (‘Twilight’) are strongly related to these phenomena, covering the start and end of day, or vice versa. For our friends at Sunset Grooves we’ve put together some relaxing tunes that express freshness and hope but some melancholy at the same time too. Enjoy the moment,

CharliE M has always been a sunset grooves favorite since we heard his mix for urbanobject Podcast over a year ago. From the lovely area of Andalussia in Spain, he has been a music lover from an early age and began mixing over 10 years ago focusing on Minimal Tech House. His love for world sounds be it Latin-american beats or tribal melodies he makes sure that each mix he does is a unique journey for the listener whether it be at home chilling or on the dance floor soaking in the music!

This wonderful journey of slow progressive grooves is perfect to kick start off the spring season on a warm evening sipping on a cocktail.

Carlos also produces and it is worth checking out his Soundcloud for some absolute peaches, either his own productions or slick edits of various songs. Sought after by many podcasts, you can find mixes for friends such as Wildfang, kosa, Kybele or even Tepeme amongst many other awesome podcasts.
