Did you ever notice that back in school that the kids in the top of the class were always the ones that really like the challenge of school and were excited to learn, and the students in the mid to lower half of the class seemed bored and couldn´t wait for the bell to ring so they could get out of there?  It had nothing to do with IQ and everything to do with desire.  The first step in any accomplishment is desire.  It´s the same now as it was back in school and always will be thoughout the rest of our lives.The people that have identified something they want and have a burning desire to receive it, are the ones that excel. Many of us are always telling everyone what we are going to achieve and falling short on the doing.  Perhaps we should save the embarrassment of not doing what we said we were going to do by waiting to announce the big news until we have completed the mission and by doing so, we could show everyone what we did instead of telling everyone what we were going to do.

It all begins with an image of what you want and you decide if it becomes a reality or not by what you do about it after that.  We all have visions of being more successful than we are now from time to time.  It´s the people who see it an go for it that get what they want in life.

Just about everyone we know these days is waiting for their ship to come in, they´re waiting to get the raise, waiting for the promotion, waiting for the position they want to become available, waiting for someone to offer them a job or waiting for someone to do their part so they can do theirs. Each of them has one thing in common, they´re all waiting for a chance to be, do or have what they desire most instead of providing the necessary action to make it happen now.
