This was recorded around the time when SXSW was going on in Austin, TX. Posting part 1, unedited.
Made in Bali. One of the reasons why I can get Superf*cked is because I'm not honoring myself; not pursuing the life that I actually want.
Over the years I’ve been editing a document that contains helpful information for me when I get into the SuperF*cked state. I did this because when I’m mentally aberrated too this point, it’s difficult to think properly.
Now I’m sharing it with you, in case something within helps.

In this episode I sit down with Kelly Sheeran and break down his version of what it means to be Superf*cked, with a heavy focus on how it plays out in relationships. I hope you enjoy this heavy topic episode presented in a light-ish manner. Just two dudes being honest about their shit.
Note: in retrospect, after learning more about relationship stuff via video rec’s from my friend Francesca, I’ve learned that much of what we discuss in this episode is what is known as Limerance.

This was an impromptu walking meditation as I was coming down from Longs Peak in Colorado. The air was pristine, and the natural beauty was stunning.
I talk about using what I call the "Golden Grid" to hand off all things that trouble us or need to be faced.
I hope you enjoy it. Moreover, I hope it helps.
