Fasting is something you can incorporate even when you are at your goal weight, it is not a diet, it is a lifestyle.  You can utilize occasional fasting with whatever diet protocol you are following: Vegan, Vegetarian, Keto, Carnivore, etc. I talk about my struggles and the mistakes I’ve made when I first started fasting.
