Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) leads President Joe Biden in a nationwide head-to-head matchup, a USA TODAY/Suffolk University survey released this week found. New homes and buildings that are constructed in 2023 will have to have electric supply panels and circuitry to support all-electric appliances and heating under a building code update approved two years ago by the California Energy Commission. The California Senate has reintroduced a bill which, if passed, would decriminalize ayahuasca or "magic mushrooms" in the state, according to a report by the Los Angeles Times.
