Your business model will depend heavily on your business plan. In this episode, Michael was over the top with information. This is too important to skip over.

There is a lot of confusion over what is called the "business plan". Most people understand it as the "presentation" needed for getting funding. But in actuality, it is not quite what you might expect...

Finally, we get into the practical pieces of the business. What machinery do you need? What personnel? What platform/place? These are the nuts and bolts that support your business.

What support do you have in place already, and what things do you need to get? How will you know if you don't do the research?

Kevin backed it all up and looked at it another way.

Do I have what it takes to run this business? Is there a demand for my product or service? There are so many questions to be asked yourself to figure out if your vision will even work.

Now that the vision has been put down on paper, it's time to find out if the vision is viable. First step is to figure out, "What is required to LEGALLY do business?" This may be local, state, federal compliance.

Once you can now see your vision, you need to document it. This can take several forms, written as text, a "vision board", audio or video files. How you do it, should work for YOU.
