This podcast is number 001 because this is the first podcast and rather than introducing a topic I thought I would introduce myself and what you can expect from this podcast in the future.
What I want to do is to provide helpful information to support you in living your best life and that can be hard with ADHD.
That is what this podcast will be about – what to do and how to live with ADHD.
My goal is for each podcast to be actionable.
That is why some of the podcasts will also have “cheatsheets” available to download when I think that would be helpful. That way you don’t have to worry about catching and writing down the details while listening.
