October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Afi and Zuu are joined by Mrs Raheema Quaye, supported by Dr Ben.

Raheema is an 18-plus year survivor of breast cancer. Having gone through a double mastectomy, she has dedicated over a decade of her life to educating and inspiring women. She always leads with the message: "Early detection and prompt action saves lives!"
