This time of year creates challenges in outside sales.

You can either be passive or active.

Passive: having the prospect or client make the first move.

Active: engaging prospect or client and pulling them towards the end goal that works for both.

Burnout is real. Fatigue & exhaustion are real.

What if I told you, they are all avoidable.

Yes, burnout is a product of an unfair expectation that we put on ourselves to hit a magical realm of success. We push and push and push, plan and plan and plan, but sadly our health & metal wellbeing are not properly planned for.

Plan out time off, plan out breaks. Give yourself an opportunity to be as sharp and efficient as possible.

Start by focusing on your recovery process. Once you do that, the time in between your breaks will seem like a breeze.

Dominating in sales can only be achieved by creating Advocates.

There aren't enough hours in the day to replicate your efforts. You need others, like you or your customers to help sell for you.

By cloning your efforts with advocates, you can sell on multi-fronts instead of one-on-one interactions.

The Sales Advocacy Method, or S.A.M., is a blueprint to take your prospects from Unaware to Advocate, then have them help you bring more from Unaware to Advocate and so on and so forth.

This replication is the key to dominating in the outside sales.

Getting Out is the final phase of the Surviving Outside Sales world.

This can mean a lot of things, but the first go round, it means leaving what you are doing for something you are passionate about.

Whether it is entrepreneurship, writing a book, becoming a coach, or buying, building or owning business, the Sales Escape Plan is all about preparing yourself for that leap of faith.

One of the leaps my wife and I have taken is to purchase a Restore Hyper wellness & Cryotherapy franchise in Charlotte.

This is a long-term strategy to diversify into something we are extremely passionate about.
