Happy Friday my loves, sharing a bit of realness with you this week. A lot of what I've posted recently has appeared to be all sunshine and roses but this past week has felt quite the opposite and I thought it was important to share.
If you've been feeling this way you are not alone and I hope me sharing my thoughts and process in getting through this will help you to overcome it too. As always please let me know what you think of today's ep and sending you loads of love xxxxxxxxxxx
On this weeks episode I am joined by the beautiful Iesha @isharhiian. We first met in primary school and have gone through some very similar life experiences which we talked through on today's ep, including: growing up mixed race in a predominantly white area, finding your confidence, modelling and self belief in a creative career.
If you enjoyed today's episode make sure to follow the show, leave me a review, and let me know your favourite part. Lots of love Nads xxxxxxx

Happy Friday loves. You know I love a good Q&A on my solo eps these days and this ones a gooden! Hope you enjoy me chatting your head off for 30 mins about all sorts. Apologies for the audio in some places I have no clue what happened lol. Have a gorgeous week and as always thank you for listening. Love Nads xxxxxxx
Happy Friday darlings. On today's ep I welcome back Mollie to the pod who talks us through her recent hair loss journey and how despite it all, she has absolutely thrived and overcome so many hurdles. This was one of my fave eps to record and the most inspiring story to listen to. Thanks again to Moll for coming on the pod and sharing her story. @alopeciaunfiltered @bymolliefay_
Hope you enjoy and have the best week, love Nads xxxxxxxx
Happy Friday loves, back with another solo ep today! Sharing with you the four main things I am choosing to do at the moment to keep myself, grateful, motivated and consistent. I hope you enjoy the ep and as always let me know what you think. Lots. of love Nads xxxxxxx
Happy Friday loves! On today's ep I have @loseitcyster on the pod to discuss all things women's hormones, and her struggles and experience with Polycystic ovary syndrome. In this ep we're being very open and honest around personal experiences in the hope of breaking the taboo and making everyone feel comfortable to speak up. Cay putting herself out there sharing her experience in the hope that it will help others is amazing and admirable, I hope anyone listening who is going through similar struggles finds the courage to reach out for help. (all advice experiences are based on personal stories and not medical advise.) Lots of love always, Nads xxxxxxxx
Happy Friday loves, a pre warning to all that this episode contains a lot of tears and a lot of emotion! A lot of genuine feelings but also a lot of hormones bcos I'm on my period lol. In todays ep I speak about something very close to my heart, and something I have been going through for the past 10 years, which has finally come to an end. I have no idea if I have even told this in a chronological order or one that makes sense but genuinely this means so much to me and a huge chapter of my life which I felt was important to speak about and bring this story to a close. Thank you so much as always for listening and sending you loads of love xxxxxxx
Happy Friday darlings!! Another pod ep to hopefully brighten up the end of the week. Today I'm answering all your questions, absolutely loved recording this ep and it gave me a giggle. Hope you enjoy and thank you as always for giving me some questions!! Love Nads xxxxxxxxxx
