Survivor 39 Preseason Interviews: Lairo Tribe – Part 1

Now that the cast of Survivor: Island of the Idols has been announced and the Survivor preseason is underway, Rob Cesternino is joined by Josh Wigler (of The Hollywood Reporter) to present and discuss Josh’s preseason interviews from Fiji. This first set of interviews are from the first 5 castaways (alphabetically by first name) on the Lairo tribe, who will be wearing orange buffs: Aaron Meredith, Chelsea Walker, Dean Kowalski, Elaine Stott, and Elizabeth Beisel.

Josh went out on location to Fiji right before the game began as a member of the press and had the opportunity to interview the twenty castaways from the Lairo tribe and Vokai tribe. Josh also interviewed others including mentors “Boston” Rob Mariano and Sandra Diaz-Twine, as well as host Jeff Probst and executive producer Matt van Wagenen. Josh learned about the players’ personalities, initial thoughts on the other players, their strategies and game plans immediately before entering the game, and much more.
