The Survivor Know-It-Alls Recap the David vs. Goliath Premiere

LIVE on Thursday morning, after the 90-minute premiere of Survivor: David vs Goliath, Rob Cesternino & Stephen Fishbach recap this super-sized episode and answer your questions!

In this episode, Stephen and Rob both expressed their sadness for the way Pat was forced out of the game right off the bat. Stephen even explained just how real and awful the boat rides can be in terrible weather conditions. Stephen would love for Pat to get a chance to play again, as does Rob, but doubts it’ll happen. One of Stephen’s favorites, Christian, is apparently the truest nerd to ever play this game, in Stephen’s eyes. Rob was worried for Christian when he kept exclaiming how easy the slide puzzle was, while Stephen thought it was a moment of humility by him implying that he is good at nothing else. When it came to Mike looking for the idol, Rob pointed out that Natalie’s optimal move was to throw him under the bus to save herself. At that moment, Stephen said that he saw her logic but agreed with Rob that it was a mistake. Rob also was taken aback by the way that the show portrayed Dan finding the idol (in confessional), to which Stephen added that he felt that it added excitement back into the idol find.
