Suzie, a 46 year old woman discusses with Coach Alli, Host of the RUNWITHALLI LIVE podcast, her personal journey to finding her true love of running at age 43 years old.

Suzie is originally from Spain and has been living in PA for 12 years with her family. Suzie loves running so much that she says in her own words, "I feel like I can fly when I run!".

Suzie chats about the running community, and how she's made her best friends within it! She loves the support, the energy and the solidarity that comes with runners within the powerful community. Running has enriched Suzie's life in so many ways and she's extremely excited for more to come along her running journey! I am very thrilled to have her here today to share her own journey with you that might not only inspire you, but make you realize that age truly is just a number!
