Prabhuji explained how Narada Rsi obtained the mercy of the Four Kumaras when he served them during the period of Caturmasya. Narada Rsi's previous lives (as the son of Lord Brahma) were also explained.

In this class, Prabhuji started speaking from the sixth verse of the fifth chapter from Srimad Bhagavatam Canto 1. In this class, Prabhuji described how Narada Rsi explained the reason for Vyasadeva's dissatisfaction. He only explained mundane religiosity, wealth, fulfillment of worldly desires, and how to attain liberation. He didn't explain how to attain the ultimate goal of life, Krsna-prema.

Narada Rsi then related his history of how he became a devotee by the grace of the Four Kumaras (Sanat, Sanatana, Sanak, and Sanandana Kumara).

In this regard, he spoke of a pastime where a member of the Mahiti household had great affection for Lord Jagannatha. She would decorate Jagannatha and feed Him sumptuously. Her love made Jagannatha and Baladeva appear as two young boys in front of her. The two brothers would visit her everyday and accept her loving service.

Her loving service then made the two brothers disappear from the altar in the temple at Jagannatha Puri. The two brothers would only reside near her.

Thus, a beautiful, heart rending pastime was described that spoke of the intimate relationship between Jagannatha and His devotee.

In this class, Prabhuji started speaking from the 14th verse of chapter 4 from Srimad Bhagavatam Canto 1.

The history of how Vyasadeva was born was related in this class. Vyasadeva was born when Parasara Rsi impregnated Satyavati by his glance. Vyasadeva emerged as a sixteen year old youth from the womb of his mother. He promised to return to his mother whenever she felt the need for his presence.

Prabhuji then spoke on how Narada Rsi appeared before Vyasadeva and pacified him. He instructed Vyasadeva on bhakti and told him to establish himself in Samadhi to manifest the spotless Purana, the Srimad Bhagavatam. The essence of this scripture is the prema of Sri Radha-Krsna.

At the start of the class, Prabhuji spoke on how the Lord carries out creation, maintenance, and destruction of the infinite cosmos by His inhalation and exhalation.

In the middle of the class, we were told on how some Apsaras (celestial damsels) weren't disturbed by the presence of Sukadeva Gosvami. They continued bathing in the pond. But they emerged out of the pond and covered themselves when Vyasadeva appeared. A very interesting dialog ensued between Vyasadeva and the Apsaras that reflected the glories of Sri Sukadeva Gosvami.

At the start of the class, we were told on how residence in Jagannatha Puri Dhama makes one ready to eventually gain entrance into Sri Vraja Dhama. Only prema-dharma is cultivated in Ksetra Dhama Puri. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu Himself distributed this prema.

Dvarakadisa Krsna Himself took shelter of Vrajendra-nandana Krsna. Vrajendra-nandana Krsna is the origin of Dvarakadisa Krsna. None of the avataras or expansions can experience any rasa without taking shelter of their root i.e. Sri Krsna.

The sakhas never entered Vraja after Krsna's departure to Mathura. The sakhas only resided in Matavana, a place near Bhandiravana. They thought, "Krsna never speaks lies. He will surely return to us."

When Parjanya Rsi (Nanda Baba's father) prayed to Sri Giriraja-Govardhana, then Govardhana sent Manasi-ganga, Radha-kunda, Siva Thakura, and the other places of Vraja to Puri. Manasi-ganga is present as Sveta-ganga. Radha-kunda is present near the Alarnatha temple. And, Siva Thakura is present as Lokanatha Mahadeva and Kapala-mocana Mahadeva. Giriraja-Govardhana is also present as Cataka-parvata.

The manifestation of Sri Tota Gopinatha, Srimati Radhika, and Srimati Lalita Devi was then described.
