In this class, Prabhuji started speaking from the 15th verse of chapter 3 from Srimad Bhagavatam Canto 1. Prabhuji summarized the ten incarnations and Their pastimes in this class. The ten incarnations of Sri Krsna are Matsyadeva, Kurmadeva, Varahadeva, Nrsinghadeva, Vamanadeva, Parasurama, Ramacandra, Baladeva, Buddha, and Kalki. After describing all the incarnations and expansions of Sri Krsna, the following verse clearly states how He is the root and origin of all the incarnations and expansions:

eta camas kala pumsam

krsnas tu bhagavan svayam

--Srimad Bhagavatam 1.3.28

[All of the above-mentioned incarnations are either plenary portions or portions of the plenary portions of the Lord, but Lord Sri Krsna is the original Personality of Godhead.]

The separation of Jagannatha was described. On behalf of Jagannatha, Narada Rsi went to Vraja and invited all the Vrajavasis to attend Jagannatha's Snana-yathra. The glories of Madana-mohana, Madana-gopala, and Rama-Krsna were then spoken.

A pastime of how Paurnamasi Yogamaya pleased Jatila and Kutila (the in-laws of Srimati Radharani) was then told.

Jagannatha is dressed in a sari and the sari has Srimati Radharani's names sewn into the cloth. Jagannatha also wears a nose-ring and earrings. Thus, He declares Himself to be a follower of Srimati Radharani and the gopis by dressing Himself in this manner.

While describing the nature of proper, sincere Guru-seva, Prabhuji described a story of how two disciples honored two mangoes given to them by their Guru. A description of Yajna Varaha, who saved Mother Earth was then told.

The descent of Kapiladeva was then described.

Prabhuji had Syamananda Prabhu speak on the glories of Sri Jagannathadeva and His Snana-yathra. This sound file contains the English translation of Hari-katha spoken in Hindi.

In this class, Prabhuji started speaking from the 29th verse of the second chapter of Srimad Bhagavatam Canto 1. At the start of the class, he spoke on how Suta Gosvami glorified Sukadeva Gosvami and Sri Vyasadeva to Saunaka Rsi and the others. The faith that the disciple has in his Gurudeva will determine his advancement and subsequent entrance into the spiritual world.

A person who is always serving his Gurudeva is loved by the entire world. Such is the all-encompassing nature of Guru-seva.

In this class, Prabhuji had Giridhari Prabhu speak on the glories of Sri Jagannatha Snana-yathra.

In this class, Prabhuji started speaking from verse 12 of the second chapter of Srimad Bhagavatam Canto 1. As a fruit of listening to hari-katha, tattva-jnana, and vairagya manifest in the devotee's heart. The devotee will then have paresanubhuti (concrete realization). By having ruci, the body will never be engaged in the service of others.
