In this class, Prabhuji started speaking from the first verse of the 12th chapter of Srimad Bhagavatam Canto 12. This chapter contains the entire summary of the Srimad Bhagavatam. Therefore, by listening to this class, a person will get the fruit of listening to the entire Srimad Bhagavatam that begins with descriptions of Krsna's incarnations, and culminates in describing the nectarean pastimes of Sri Krsna.

In this class, Prabhuji started speaking from the eleventh chapter of Srimad Bhagavatam Canto 12. At the start of the class, Prabhuji continued describing how Saunaka Rsi questioned Suta Gosvami. The first question asked concerned mysticism. We were then told on how the temples in South India bear many inscriptions and figures that represent the Lord's paraphernalia.

Before answering the questions of the Rsis, Suta Gosvami firstly prayed to his Guru and all the Vaisnavas. The rest of the class is about the different questions asked by the Rsis and the answers that Suta Gosvami provided to them.

We were then told on how Maharaja Sagara initiated the performance of a fire sacrifice to fulfill the needs of his self-interests. And the assistance of many brahmins was sought for their help in this regard. Seeing how he didn't intend to perform the fire-sacrifice for Sri Hari's pleasure, Indra stole his horse away.

Another history of how Maharaja Kuru performed a fire sacrifice was told. These parallel histories show how one king was bereft of the mercy of the Lord and His devotees while another king became the rightful recipient of the Lord's mercy.

The class proceeded with how Maharaja Sagara's sons were burnt to ashes by Lord Kapiladeva. At the later turn of events, Maharaja Bhagiratha took it upon himself to liberate his ancestors. Therefore, approaching Suryadeva, Brahmaji, and Siva Thakura, he requested for the descent of Ganga Devi on Earth.

Prabhuji then explains many histories on how Ganga appeared and the many obstacles that Maharaja Bhagiratha had to cross to have his forefathers liberated by Ganga Devi's touch.

Prabhuji then spoke of how Krsna told the Pandavas to perform a Nirjala-Ekadasi vrata on the banks of the Ganga at Prayagaraja. The Pandavas also wanted to liberate all those who had been slain in the Mahabharata war. Therefore, Krsna told them to observe an Ekadasi. Prabhuji then explained how the Pandavas did so.
