1. Put several sprigs of mint, 2 teaspoons of sugar into highball glass.
2. Add 30ml lime juice and muddle mint sprigs.
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
4. Pour 40ml white rum, top with 100ml soda water.
5. Garnish with sprig of mint leaves.
