Today, I briefly give some insight on my perception of enlightenment. & I finally close the chapter of forgiveness. This is key towards self-actualization.

After a hiatus, I am back to share with you some wisdom regarding forgiveness of others who have hurt you, by guiding you through a healing exercise! Sit back, close your eyes, breathe deep, get some tea, & relax for the next 49 minutes.
