In this episode we look a the mindset classic Psycho Cybernetics written by Maxwell Maltz, this book examines how to change your self-image and programme a mental picture of yourself for success.Take away long standing negative thoughts & replace with positive successes. I read this book about 5 years ago and it was one of those moments that changed the way I thought mindset & my own self-image.
