Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to living life. It’s so easy to say that we’re “living,” because in actuality we’re just functioning. Doing the bare minimum to get by because it’s safe, because it’s easy, because it’s all we know. STOP! Robots function. Robots have the inability to feel, the inability to dream. However, as humans we feel and we live with passion.

In order to live, you must learn to let go. Expand your vision, expand your dreams and take flight. It’s easy to stay “stuck” in a relationship, job and/or situation that you despise. It’s time to muster up the courage to be all that you can be. If you’re tired of the relationship you’re in, get out! If you’re tired of your mundane job, it’s time to pursue the dreams you’ve always had. Whatever it is that you want out of life, it’s time to get it. No more waiting until tomorrow, because tomorrow isn’t promised.

Australian pop singer, Sia, belts in her hit single “Chandelier” that she ‘s living her life to the fullest by proudly stating, “I'm gonna swing from the chandelier…I'm gonna live like tomorrow doesn't exist…I'm gonna fly like a bird through the night, feel my tears as they dry. I'm gonna swing from the chandelier.”

Do whatever it is that scares you. If you cry, cry because the new heights to be soared will dry every tear that you’ve shed.
