On his identity card, Maha's father's religion is marked Christian, while her mother's is marked Muslim. Maha, on the other hand, doesn't possess an ID card because she's without citizenship, or as she put it, she's “a person that doesn't exist.” Despite this she's managed to find a place where she feels a sense of belonging. What is that place? And what is the relationship between her parents' religion and her citizenship, or lack thereof?
