Resplendent Quetzal
Ingredients
1 oz white tequila
1/2 oz lime juice
½ oz Triple Sec
½ oz lemon juice
¼ c cubed avocado
Sugar
ice

Instructions
1.    Blend tequila, lime and lemon juice, triple sec, and avocado cubes
2.    Wet the rim of the glass with lime juice and coat with the sugar and then add ice
3.    Pour in the cocktail into the prepared glass
