This week we go back in time with former Sydney and St Kilda defender Troy Gray. Troy reminisces about his career, reflects on some of special moments during his time in the game.

A New South Wales football product, made his way to the Sydney Swans during the early 1990's, playing 51 games over a five-season span, before making his way to St Kilda for a single season in 1996.

In this chat, Troy talks about the tough times on field with the Swans during the 1990s, his personal mental health challenges, Barassi,  missing out on two Grand Final teams, heading to the Swans and his philanthropy work with Charity TV Global.
