Our next guest is Sylvia Flote, a London-based model and actress. Originally hailing from a small island off Norway’s Western fjords, she predictably loves hiking, knitting, and heavy metal. Although cast opposite Cate Blanchett in last year’s blockbuster Oscar-Nominated movie ‘Tar,’ Sylvia is best known for being the face of major Scandi brands from Lego to Volvo, and she has been featured in a variety of publications, from Vogue to The Knitter.
