Sparked by a conversation at the MDLIBTECH Conference we discussed ways of keeping vairous biases out of our training materials, classroom discussions, audience questions and our language as trainers and leaders. What we learned is that it is really hard to do.

I guess this is our 10th anniversary show. We talk about the things that we discussed that had some lasting effect, our new and old friends of the show and what they are doing, how the show has changed our lives and what differences we see in the last 10 years.
