In my coaching group we are encouraged to have the idea of out perfect customer; an avatar. My avatar is the me just a little bit ago and I’m not sure if that helps. Two of the things that brought me into the current coaching program I’m in were #1. The idea of creating a Virtual Summit. So I successfully got that done. And #2 creating a webinar. Now how am I gonna get that done? and I wanna help people make webinars. Help them the their stories. And maybe I do want to go with the Table Rush idea. And more!

Part Two. Staying with Bitch Slap. I was on a call recently. Team call on the two comma club x with Steve B Steve BartaLesko or something, one of the coaches. You know, it's like, I'm stuck right now. I'm trying to, you know, suss out this new avatar, my avatar or what have you. And trying to come up with an offer and and. First question I'd asked him was about best way to get a questionnaire online in a funnel. And so he showed me, so that's super cool. So I got that dialed in, then the next question was like, hey, I need to come up with an offer. I've been flying around, I got no offer. I don't. I'm not sure of like if I have something to offer people. And Steve said, alright, do a challenge. You'll get blah, blah, blah, blah. Your avatars that is the you just a little bit ago. Tthe you just a little bit ago.
Mischa Zvegintzov 01:21
I'm like, All right. The me just a little bit ago, well, there's the me that was re entry into business land. And then there was so that was a year, year and a half ago, trying new things. As far as business stuff. And then there was the me four or five years ago, who quit his sales job and then became a stay at home dad. And that was me finding new success. So this morning, I was like, Wait a minute. This... you want to create webinars, you want to help people create webinars. You haven't created your own webinar yet. How do we fast track that process? Or how do we it seems like it's premature, perhaps helping somebody with a webinar. Since I haven't technically made one myself, but I really want to do one, I really want to make a webinar, I really want to learn how to sell from stage. I'm great at sales on the phone. I'm great at sales. Direct response, so get the phone during like send out mailers, things like that. So that's cool, and I can help people with that.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:01
But I definitely... the couple things that pulled me into the 2CCX were the idea of creating a summit. So I did that I saw that was like I want to do that I want to create a summit. And so I jumped into Russell Brunson eco system, even deeper. And the other thing I saw was this idea of a webinar. Sell with a webinar. And so I'd seen webinars back in the mortgage days, when I was in mortgages. I was I was great at selling direct to consumer various ways. I was not so good at getting realtors to work with me from stage. I could call them directly and get him to work with me or develop relationships that way. But this idea of having, you know, pitching a group of Realtors from stage to get them to want to work with me as a loan officer, was very intriguing to me. And I'd had a couple of fits and starts opportunities to try that. And I'd stumbled across a webinar. And it started you know, this idea of putting together workshops and things. As many people have. There's a whole thriving industry it turns out. Russell Brunson, Armand Morin, and those things. And I actually was just remembering some of the big like pitch pitch sessions I would go to where they would sell you the, the products at the end. Like the stadium style. Like the 3000 seat you know, pitch session. Blankety blank's coming town with with the 20 speakers and in hindsight I see how all of them were selling.
Mischa Zvegintzov 05:12
Anyhow this is just great. This is great great fodder. Gosh I hope it's being of service. But anyhow. I, I, Yes... So wanted to, you know, create a webinar that's very alluring to me. Hence the Russell Brunson being on webinars and selling from stage. He's great at it. So in we go to the to C, CX, and now I'm like, Oh, my God, I could help people create webinars, you know, by interviewing them and helping them tell their stories and things like that. I'm good at sussing out those stories.
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:17
Wouldn't it be funny if after I was done with these, this series that I was like, oh, yeah, I'm sticking with table rush. You never know. I'm just doing what they say record. Try to be of service. Anyhow, I see that I want to create a webinar. I want to help people create webinars. But perhaps I'm a step ahead. Perhaps I need to get a bunch of people that are a couple of steps behind me onto the track to create webinars as I want to. So maybe I should keep the Table Rush idea. But I do like Bitch Slap. I don't know. I need to have this all sorted out by Thursday by my coaching call on Thursday. Anyhow, I already have a questionnaire made up for, in effect, somebody who's in a bit of upheaval, on the direction in their life. So it's like oh, my gosh, I could I already have that questionnaire made on a zero to 10 question. Like a grade. Like zero to 10? How happy are you zero to 10? How much fear are you in zero to 10? You know, one being you know, "scared shitless", too being. "Oh my god every moments amazing. And I can't wait to see what's next". I've already got that created. One of the hard things about selling psychic healing is "Is it measurable?" So, can we have something that's measurable. And I already created it back in the day. When I came out of one of my "What am I going to do with my life?" exercises. I had the 90 day meditation bootcamp and part of that was this questionnaire.
Mischa Zvegintzov 08:57
It was pretty cool and pretty extensive. And it was going to be to to help you know gauge your before and after. Like your mental status before and after. And it hit me as I'm trying to create a questionnaire for people, what stage of business that we're in. So I can help them create their offer in there. In their... in their... what am imy trying to say. Create their, you know, webinars and things like that. So then I can meet them where they're at. I think you get what I'm saying. So it all kind of hit me a little bit earlier that I could, oh my gosh, I could circle back around to that avatar that me four or five years ago who was ready to make a big change? And then I could use the... use the, what's it called that questionnaire that's measurable. The zero to 10 scale, there's a term for that zero to 10 scale type of questionnaire. It's like the Guggenheim question, Guggenheim format or something, I'll look it up. But I could use that as a before and after. So I could in effect, go out to people who are discontent at their careers. Maybe it's divorced dads? Maybe it's just people who are discontent in their careers? I don't know I'm gonna meditate on that. And use that questionnaire, as a baseline for happiness kind of a thing. I think you get what I'm saying more will be revealed. Suffice it to say that it'll be interesting to see where I am. When I go to edit this episode. Who knows if this is just self serving, or serving you the listener, or is anyone listening

I’ve been tasked to commit to the pod cast name by tomorrow. I’m confused on what offer do I make. I’m hyper aware of my fits and starts, distractions, and open loops on my podcast episodes. This walk is a reflection of my current state of mind. Lots of noise, lots of things not going how I want them to go. Interviewing people to help them with their webinars may be a premature idea. But some ideas are percolating.

Okay, people, I cannot believe I'm doing this. I am going to stick with Bitch Slap ...The Accelerated Path To Peace and quit chasing the shiny object. Yeah, that's what I'm going to talk about on this episode. So listen to the intro, and then I'll get to it.
Mischa Zvegintzov 00:25
(Intro) You know when someone is selling from stage, and at the end, the audience gets up and rushes to the back of the room to buy. That's a Table Rush. My name is Misha Z. And the Table Rush Talk Show is all about bringing you the tools, strategies and tactics that you can use to grow your audience and inspire them to buy.
Mischa Zvegintzov 00:52
Here I am getting to it keeping the Bitch Slap ...The Accelerated Path To Peace podcast name excuse me Yeah, it's gonna be Table Rush. Still love that idea. Maybe I'll make a Table Rush YouTube channel. I'm gonna see if I can make a Bitch Slap on YouTube channel. And yeah, hopefully I can... babbling and blathering but... I was just been thinking, you know, in my meditation and my prayer and such and doing the A Course In Miracles and all that trying to move from source... Let's see if I can get some cohesion in this episode.
Mischa Zvegintzov 02:06
I was tasked to I was tasked to commit by Thursday, which as of this recording would be tomorrow. So this is a Wednesday as I record this, but I was tasked to commit to the new podcast name and Table Rush it's all about business. I am confused on an offer throw that in the mix. It's funny as I transcript I transcribe a lot of a lot of my episodes these days. Yes, I transcribe my episodes I use otter.ai works pretty good but allows me to do it in bulk and I transcribe a lot of stuff I realize how many fits and starts I have how all over the place I am lots of arms. I also really get to see how I'll change directions won't finish thoughts. Start new thoughts open new loops. which is either good nor bad it just is what it is. But that's going in the back of my mind. It's so it's like alright, stick with a cohesive thought. thank you for that diversion. So I've really been feeling the external pressure to have an offer. And yeah, to have an offer. And boy... Lots of lots of confusion and confusion. Lots of...
Mischa Zvegintzov 04:18
I may have hit record prematurely. Yeah, so I want to... Oh my gosh, this is gonna be the best episode ever.
Mischa Zvegintzov 04:41
Okay. I love business. I love lead gen. I love sales. I love the satisfaction of when someone says "yes, I want what you've got to offer" as far as a product was concerned. And I wasn't really seeing how that was going to fit with Bitch Slap. What was I going to offer? And I went to Funnel Hacking live and then you can hear all this as well in previous episodes. I went to Funnel Hacking live had all these great conversations about about businesses. Business Strategy, who am I helping? Who were you helping. Lead gen all this stuff? And then, so I was like, Oh my gosh, it's the business side of things that I love talking about. And and then I clearly see how people have frustration and getting there... If, if they feel the need to get content out every day. They have a hard time getting content out every day.
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:13
I had to hit pause a couple of times. That loud noise in the background is the tree chipper chipping people as they're putting their trees.
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:26
This Walk is a reflection of my current state of mind. Lots of noise, lots of things not going how I want them to go. Won't that tree chipper just stopped being so loud? Won't the confusion in my head just go away? Won't the answers just come clear?
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:03
So two things I was tasked to do by Thursday... So yeah, Funnel Hacking Live. You know, I was like, Oh my gosh, it's the business side of things. Goodbye to the divorced dad. Goodbye to the divorced parents. Goodbye to, to, to these things. It's all about business and the winfomercial, helping people make their webinars.
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:30
That's right. That's what I was talking about. People are stuck at the webinar, or they're stuck at the people get stuck at various places. When it comes to putting yourself out there. I seem to have no issues currently doing podcasts every day. "Come hell or high water" as Sandy Z used to say. That's my father, who passed away God bless him. Yes, so I was like, "I'll help people get their webinars done with an interview process". Which I think is a great idea. I could perhaps be a bit premature and that I'm not sure. But that's one of the shiny objects. And the other thing was to have this questionnaire done. For... I was to have two things done by Thursday. Tomorrow. Commit to the podcast name slash YouTube channel name, sister channel name. And have my questionnaire webified. So I've got a questionnaire that I was going to send to people that maybe are stuck in the in the webinar creation phase.
Mischa Zvegintzov 09:07
And oh my gosh, I am just so distracted. Here comes the wood chipper. Again. I'll publish this episode. I will! Just suffice it to say I'm going to end here because I could blather on for for seemingly hours. That or all intents and purposes, it seems as if the Bitch Slap name is going to hold. I've had a vision which I'm going to talk about in a couple episodes coming up. About questionnaires. About being able to pry provide proof of success. It turns out I created something already. That is an awesome template I believe for proof of success for let's say, divorced parents, divorced moms or dads who are looking for new success in life. Looking for their new path forward in their career slash business. Okay,

I was having confusion with the rebrand of the podcast… Which name am I going with? What am I doing with the show? Mix that in with my divorce history and a failed business “Nitro Sales”… Which was a lead gen company. I.e. generate leads and explode your sales :). And a potential new name of the podcast hits me! The Nitro Sales Pitch Session where we get to talk about how to sell stuff. With audio, video, videos, sales letters, interviews, etc, etc. Webinars. The Winfomercial. And we will have people on “Pitching” stuff. Pitching their products. And as always keep at it keep taking the messy action!

And here we go. Part three of the rebrand of the Bitch Slap ...The Accelerated Path To Peace! podcast. And I was fairly certain it was going to be the Table Rush, the Table Rush masterclass. But of course, that is seemingly not the case anymore. So thank goodness, I have not put out that logo. Although I've done 6, 7, 8, 9 interviews under the Table Rush moniker, but I believe I'm may still be Table Rush. I think there's a third option though, which I'm going to sort of been talking about on the last two episodes. And this is part three. So just a recap, I'd had tremendous insecurity about this Table Rush. I'd been told to contemplate and think and like, what's your message? What are you doing with this channel? But are you doing with this? With this, you know, this podcast? What are you doing? Like, that's what you want the the name and the tagline to represent. And, you know, your intros and outros and I was very frustrated. Communication came back, Patience. Patience is in order. And I was thinking, I was just thinking, I should pause right here. So I could do the official intro and then start again, but I will not do that to you. Okay. So at the end of the last episode, my life had collapsed. Relationships, finances. I'd had Nitro Sales, which was helping people generate leads and explode their sales. Hence, Nitro Sales. And I was effectively gently encouraged by the vocational evaluator evaluator to get back into the loan business.
Mischa Zvegintzov 02:17
That's what the universe did for me. I'd been trying to get out. I was like the godfathers. They're pulling me back in to the loan business. This was in 2010 ish. So Nitro Sales collapses. And I'm back in the loan business and back up my financial feet and able to pay my alimony and child support. And I shut down all the financial obligations associated with having an office and printers and copiers and data lines and leases and all this stuff. And man, I'm very proud of the way I exited all that. I negotiated terms to everyone's satisfaction as I was leaving some contracts early. And I wanted to make sure that everybody was happy, as best as we could be versus just saying goodbye. Good luck.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:23
So funny.thank you for listening. I love you.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:30
So the... I just took a quick break. I'm Back I hit pause trying to recapture my thoughts, best series of episodes ever. God bless the entrepreneurial and the creator journey.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:49
So I'm walking today. And it hits me. Wait a minute, you've got this Nitro Sales like you have Nitro Sales, nitrosales.com. N I T R O S A L E S .com. What if you called the podcast and sister YouTube channel? The Nitro Sales. What is it the Nitro Sales, talk show and pitch session. The Nitro Sales talk show and pitch session. That's what it is. Five or six days a week I'm just going to be talking away about sales and life and the entrepreneurial journey and how does spirituality weave its way through all that and and as well as trying to.... with the under the the main theme being hey, let's get on camera to sell. Let's talk audio to sell like podcasts interviews. Like how can we effectively sell in that in that in that environment where you're asked to. Hows that?
Mischa Zvegintzov 05:12
So I'm not saying go sell where they're trying not to have you sell, you get what I'm saying. And then I also want to have people have the opportunity to do their pitch, right like here's the pitch to the world here it is. And then bring people on who are new at it refining their pitch learning the integral parts of the pitch and then people being people on who are excellent at it and then as well why not get the best in the world on there. Hopefully get to a point where people are like, Heck yes, I'd love to come onto your show and your talk show and pitch session and pay perhaps chat for a moment and then I'll give you the big pitch.
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:03
So... yes! I think that's very exciting. Boy it sure is coming... These episodes are all the sudden coming through I have and I'm like, What am I going to talk about? As well as per usual I'm walking through a park full of people this Sunday morning. And and so I'm distracted shiny object shiny objects. People looking at me like I'm crazy as I'm talking in my phone.
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:35
Anyway, I'll end like this. I think what was so striking is a few things. One, Have your phone and microphone with you. So you're ready to record when inspiration strikes. Two, trust the process keep at one of the things I was willing to do is continue to take messy action. And I still am. Number three, communicate with people about your insecurities. people that you trust the Stacy Martino who's got that relationship, amazing relationship courses and such. What does she call them? She's got a name for that sort of that inner circle of like the top... you're... the people that are on board with your creative process versus the Negative Nelly, shall we say. Or not the negative Nellies, the ones that are... they are not embracing the entrepreneurial journey. I don't know. I don't know how to say it. But keep at it.
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:37
And then, I don't know. I'm just so excited. I'm so excited to have the idea of the Nitro Sales talk show and pitch session. Where, where, what, where we get to help where we get to talk about how to sell stuff. With audio, video videos, sales letters, interviews, etc, etc. Webinars. I've got this thing called the winfomercial that I'm setting up to help people do this. And then so we get to talk about all that the entrepreneurial journey to sell and then as well as pitch, an opportunity to pitch to practice your pitch to an audience and to have people who are new at the pitch as well as pros. And to see what develops from that. Evaluating talking about analyzing, growing learning. Yes, I'd love it. Okay, there you go. I'm done. Part Three. I hope that this provides inspiration for you to continue to take messy action and the Nitro Sales, talk show and pitch session.

Continuing on from the last episode… My company “Nitro Sales” was collapsing and I’m in the middle of a divorce. The judge ordered me to go to a “Vocational Evaluator” picked by the “enemy”. And I’m panicked because how can this go good? I’m f*cked! But I’m inspired by god with inspiration. And somehow there’s a miracle in all this. But what does that have to do with a potential new podcast name?

Okay, on the last episode, just talking about my frustration with how am I, what am I doing with this? With this podcast and the sister YouTube channel? And you know, the universe was like, be patient, it'll come together. Because I'm like, I want the answer now! It's I'm feeling my frustration and thinking, "I'll quit! I'm gonna go teach yoga." I never got quite that extreme, but you get it, you get to a sometimes emotional upheaval can feel very extreme. And then on the last episode, I was talking about how I was going through the divorce. And Nitro Sales was a company that I'd started and what's going sideways. And my two long term assistants, Mary and Carrie, both were leaving for one for another state, one for different opportunity with their husband. Financially collapsing, relationships collapsing, it was a dark time. And so I've got Nitro Sales, and it's lead gen (lead generation). And sales like... the... the idea was, hey, I'll help you with your lead gen and we'll explode your sales. Hence the Nitro. "Nitro Sales".
Mischa Zvegintzov 01:34
And I go to the judge. No, not the Judge. I go. So I'm in the middle of a divorce. And they're trying to figure out... "they", the judges and the lawyers are trying to figure out how much I get to pay the boys mom, every month. And I get ordered to go see a vocational evaluator. I think I had to get a vocational evaluation. I think that is what you call it. Because everything was collapsing. And the judges n the lawyers are like, "well, that's great that you have zero income and your debts, your obligations are more dramatically more than your income. And your sales...your savings are evaporating." Literally, that's what was happening. It was an insane, brutal time. Everything I built was just collapsing. And they said, "that's great, you still get to pay alimony and child support". And you have value on the open market in the loan business. Like that's great, did you have a failing business, but you could go do home loans, because you are adept at that and had success. So go see this vocational evaluator. And we're going to assign an income number to you. So that way we can figure out how much you get to pay an alimony and child support.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:17
And I just want to say, I'm telling you the story with love. Without resentment. I get both sides of the coin. I got to be the the husband that you know, the relationship ended and Dawn, God bless her, the boys mom was a stay at home mom and things needed to be worked out. And it's a scary time to be the mom coming out of a divorce when you've been stay at homing for at least 10 or 12 years or whatever it was at the time. Maybe it was 10 years, nine years, eight years, somewhere in there. But when you've got no career. You've got your skill set is raising kids. Like that's a scary time for the mom. And I get it.
Mischa Zvegintzov 04:08
And so by the grace of God, I'm going through all this and I've got as about as an open mind as you can have and I'm trying to be supportive. But at the same time I'm like, "Oh no, this is BS". Like I've got to see a vocational evaluator and my business is collapsing. And you're gonna order me to pay money. Like "what?!" And the other side, Dawns, side got to pick the vocational evaluator. I was like wait a minute, the cards the deck seems to be stacked against me.
Mischa Zvegintzov 04:50
And, you know, through this time I was gifted truly by God, my higher power, the capital S self, creative intelligence, the Universe, the Infinite Intelligence, whatever you want. It was like meesh "compassion, tolerance, patience". "Like you got to see the other person's viewpoint". "Kids are number one". All this stuff like forgiveness, forgiveness, trust, trust. And so I was like, Alright, I got to go see this vocational evaluator. And I was like, "How can I be of service? What can I bring to the table?" Like, "God helped me here, I need help. How can I go in with an open mind?" "How can I go in to see the vocational evaluator who looks to be the enemy with an open mind."
Mischa Zvegintzov 05:53
It was a heavy time, my friends. So I go in with an open mind. The vocational evaluator says, "Hey, here's the thing". "We're going to assign this number to you. Because it's a reasonable number of somebody working 40 hours a week as a loan officer in the new market." "Not somebody working 80 hours a week, at the peak of the market, so you do not need to worry about that."
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:24
And I was like, Okay. And she also said, if you would like to, you know, make this better for yourself with the judge. And put as good a bow on this as possible, I recommend you go out there, and start talking to your to two of your loan contacts a day. And document it. So you can show the judge that you're trying. You're trying to get your business back on track, as well as you're putting yourself out there in the workforce.
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:10
"Yes, yes, Miss vocational evaluator."
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:14
And I came out of that meeting or meetings, whatever it was, I think it was actually honestly just one meeting and this lady was so sweet. And she's like, I'm not the enemy. And I'm truly here to help you. And so much of the fear and tention of that time melted away. Truly. And I was like, Oh my gosh, like this is going to be okay. The financial collapse will end. You'll get back on track. And it's not the world against you. And so my job at that point was was shutting down Nitro Sales. You know, ending all the financial obligations gracefully. Because my expenditures were very large and the income had collapsed. And at the same time document, you know, communications with my contacts in the loan business.
Mischa Zvegintzov 08:18
And of course, immediately I got offered great job opportunities in the loan business and it was my entry back into the loan business. I've been trying to get out and start my own business. You know, that was the dream. Thank you so much for listening to this... And so I shut down Nitro Sales and I re entered the loan business... 2010 Perhaps. Somewhere in there...2009. I don't know. Somewhere in there. But back into the loan business and everything stabilized.
Mischa Zvegintzov 09:04
I'm sorry, I got distracted and I'm thinking where how to button up this episode, but not the series and I think I'm going to end here and go to a part three and bring it all together. Part three the new... the new branding... idea three of the of the podcast and its sister YouTube channel. the rebrand.
Mischa Zvegintzov 09:31
And yes... The main lesson from this episode. Talk to your source, your god, your higher power. Ask to be of service. Keep an open mind. Stay tenacious. Try to help. Trust in God that it will work out. Alright. Enough. Listen to part three.

I have a third idea for the name of the podcast. Peak struggles of the rebrand. I new it was going to be Table Rush. But Table Rush what? Master class? Power Hour? The message I was getting was “Be clear on your audience. Be clear on what you are trying to say. Be clear on what and how you are bringing to your audience.” What is it? How am I going to put the pieces of the puzzle together. This all sends me down an emotional rabbit hole. An old business name resurfaces as a potential new.

Holy mackerel. I was just walking. And well, I am full of inspiration this morning. I'd hit a wall on a few things. And I'm going to tell you about that inspiration for a new name for a podcast. For the podcast, this podcast. Which was, Bitch Slap the accelerated path to peace, it was going to be Table Rush. But I have a third idea. So I'm going to tell you all about the third idea and how it materialized and manifested.
Mischa Zvegintzov 00:34
(Intro) you know, when someone is selling from stage, and at the end, the audience gets up and rushes to the back of the room to buy. That's a Table Rush. My name is Misha Z. And the Table Rush talk show is all about bringing you the tools, strategies and tactics that you can use to grow your audience and inspire them to buy.
Mischa Zvegintzov 01:00
Okay, the third idea as I've been for the YouTube channel, slash podcast, wait a minute, it's the podcast, and its sister YouTube channel, or father YouTube channel? I'm sure you get what I'm saying here. So I've been working on a name change rebrand for this podcast, and the creation of a sister YouTube channel. As I as I've shifted the emphasis of what I want to talk about. and I was going with Table Rush, which I still like and think is awesome. having trouble securing that.com .Table Rush.com Maybe someone else can go buy it? I don't know. But maybe there's a reason that I couldn't get that. And so basically my coach, Vince, who I've interviewed a couple times, for this new podcast, rebranded podcast, and sister channel, YouTube channel... and other people in the high end, coaching group that I'm in, continually asked me this message. Who are you trying to serve? What are you trying to do with this podcast? I talked to Sarah as well. Sarah is another coach. She's the head coach of the coach of coaches in the 2CCX that I'm in. But Sarah was like, hey, you know, you get clarity on the message you want to bring? It might serve me and the audience. What do you want to say? What are you trying to do with this podcast? What's your theme? And because I was struggling with, you know, Table Rush master, clash, class. Table, Rush Power Hour, things like this. And Vince was like, Yeah, this isn't actually a masterclass, you're not getting that in depth, and having that much structure and really taking someone through a series of, you know, modules. And I thought that was very insightful. And then I was like, Power Hour? And it's like, well, I don't know, you know, that's might not be exactly what you're trying to do either.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:50
So I've been thinking about it, thinking about it, and that and, and. you know is it a show? Is it a, you know, podcast is kind of bland and this and that. And so I went into a pretty I want to say, let's say an emotionally dark place for a moment, like, I'm never gonna figure this out, like this sucks, I quit. Sometimes I can get into that mode. I quit time to pivot and go teach yoga or something. Wasn't quite that extreme. But I'm sure everybody in the entrepreneurial space who's creating new endeavors or well into an endeavor...it can feel like I'm done. But there's that saying don't quit. Don't leave before the miracle happens. And so I've been thinking and thinking, what is this and then I was like, oh, kind of maybe it's a talk show. Kind of a thing, but I really want people to be able to pitch their products. Like I really do.
Mischa Zvegintzov 05:00
And I was getting some pushback from the coach of coaches. She's like, well, how's that serve your, you know, your your listener? Like you gotta you gotta sort that out. Like maybe it serves the speaker or the interviewee. But how you going to put all these pieces together? And I really believe that bringing people on who will pitch their product who are adept at it that's a great learning opportunity for people who are wanting to sell their own products via you know, interviews or sales videos or video sales letters or webinars. Heck even written sales letters. But I'm focusing more on that on on recorded or live so podcast or YouTube channel stuff audio and video and so how am I going to combine that? You know, the the pitching the sales pitch by the interviewee and then the, the teaching aspect of it all. So I think I figured it out. And I think if I make it clear that that's what I'm doing with the podcast and sister YouTube channel, then nobody's surprised when it's happening. So I love that and it kind of has settled in. I've been talking to friends about this. sharing my frustrations, my insecurities and I've just been getting cool feedback like don't worry. It'll fall into place. The answers will come hang in there. And I also had the intuition that continue to take the messy action. If I have to know exactly how it's gonna go down then you know, I will never put something out to market.
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:47
So I'd like that intuition it was strongly just keep at it keep recording, keep making content. You know, keep taking the messy action. It's not like there's a massive audience that I'm throwing into upheaval. Although, depending on when you listen to this episode, hopefully there is a massive audience I have a, I started a business back in the day called Nitro Sales. And I teach in it our Oh, Sal. Yes, Nitro Sales. And it was about lead gen and sales, Nitro Sales. So it's helping people explode their sales. And at the time, I was going through a divorce. It was getting heavy and people that were working for me were quitting and going to move to different states like long time assistants that I'd had to have them marry and carry. And just the the coincidences of the collapse of my financial and relationship life was oh my god, it was you've heard me talk about this dark time, many on many episodes. But in the midst of all that was Nitro Sales. And yes, Nitro Sales. I'm gonna I'm gonna save the rest for part two, in perhaps a part three. So there's an open loop for you. Jump on the next episode. I'll be talking about Nitro Sales and how this all comes together.

It’s been suggested to me that I document the process of what I am creating. So the question becomes… How do I do that? What does that mean? I don’t have that answer yet. I’m all in on webinars right now. I love the webinar as a sales and marketing vehicle. Use the Winfomercial process to gain confidence to get on camera. I want to make a webinar for myself… But I’m missing a couple pieces. My coach gives me a couple of interesting solutions. Now about the case studies? The power of recording everything on zoom. A) You get used to being recorded. B) It’s powerful to go back to the recordings for reference and usable content later. C) let everybody know it’s being recorded.

Alright, hello, I've been ordered by my coach Vince, to... not ordered. He's like, "Hey, start documenting the process". Start documenting the process of what you're creating and what you're up to. And this is in regards to I've got this great idea for the infomercial and using my information using my interview style, and a specific interview methodology to help people create webinars, sales videos, stuff like that. And, and he's like, Hey, I document this process. And, and so I need to ask him, well, how do I document that process? What the heck does that mean? And so I am going to ask him that. But obviously, talking about where I am, within that... Instead of saying, "Here's what I've got" at the end, saying, "This is what I'm trying to figure out now". "And this is my dilemma". And so I was like, Okay, I'm going to talk about it on the podcast. So I'm all in on webinars. Right now, I love the webinar as a sales and marketing vehicle. It's clearly very, very powerful, especially if you follow certain methodologies. And there can be different reasons for webinars. But if you want to use a webinar. Create a webinar that sells. So at the end, your your perfect customer that has watched the webinar buys your product offering. I love that. And I am working on becoming a webinar expert. And how about this, a sales video expert. or how can you say, creating video content that sells.
Mischa Zvegintzov 02:10
And so I've got my fledgling win infomercial process. But part of that is I was like, "Hey, Vince, I really want to create a webinar, like I need to do it." And I'm missing a couple key points for the webinar. And one of being case studies. So I have a couple of in the middle of case studies, but I've got no, as I record this, no, like, here's the case study that proves concept. Right? Like that proves this way infomercial that I'm going to create for you sells your product. Now, I do have proof that that so far that my process will help you refine your target market. Help you refine your product offering. Help give you focus and confidence. Help you create an effective offer stack Like work, put together your offer stack. So all this stuff. My process works for that. Which is maybe that's enough. A lot of people need the confidence and focus to you know, get on camera to put together their webinars so they can get on camera. So I can absolutely help with that right now. Anyway, I want to create my own webinar that will sell this product offering that I have and so and it's got to do with a certain interview methodology and key questions and the interviewer. You know, putting in key bits of information, etc, etc. And so I was like Vance, like, like, "how am I going to do this? Because I want to make a webinar, but I'm not seeing how to do it. Do it right now." This is all right, well, first off, you know, let's get you documenting the process. Okay, step one here I am recording, recording the process my conversation with Vince. And the ideas he gave me.
Mischa Zvegintzov 05:02
He's like, hey, in fact, you are going to be interviewing people. So you could do it.
Mischa Zvegintzov 05:08
I'm walking up a hill now. So I'm breathing hard. I might stop here quick, hold on.
Mischa Zvegintzov 05:14
Interview yourself. Right? You could play both sides of the chair. Because it might be tricky. But you could do it. And I'm like, yeah, yes, I could take some work. But I could do it. I could record me asking the question. And then. And in fact, I would be asking myself the question, and I can answer it. And I love that idea. Like, yeah, that sounds cool. And then he also said, hey, the other thing you could do is, hire somebody to interview you. And, you know, coach them up on how the interview needs to go down. And he also gave some cool ideas. He's like, hey, you know, make sure the interviewer is of this type as a pro. Like they got to be a pro. Right. And one that's going to help emphasize your idea. Your Winfomercial idea. And excuse me. And so I love that. So he's like, perhaps have it be more of a low key woman that... I can't remember exactly what he said why... but it's along the lines of someone that helps emphasize the interviewee as being the star of the show, right? And it's like, oh, yeah, great idea. So anyway, those are two ideas.
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:58
And then the other thing was a lot of webinars have case studies. And, and like powerful customer testimonies. And so we were talking about ideas for that they're escaping me as I record this. But I can tell you that one thing that I do is when I'm... I think the power of zoom, is that it allows us to record. Record every, record the conversations we have, with coaches with students with... you can record stuff, and then you can transcribe it and listen to it later. And read it later. And so I try and record as many conversations as I can, on the Zoom, because it makes makes it so easy. So that way, I can go back and pull out the key bits of information. And also, the other thing it does is. I'm so used to having everything be recorded, it doesn't bother me nearly as much. I don't go into my head when I'm being recorded, which a lot of people do. Like, oh, no, I'm aware that I'm being recorded. So they fall out of their natural state, perhaps, and they try to put on a show or this or that we're so used to it now that it's like, it's easy. It doesn't affect me in a egoic. I don't go into my head and start panicking. Or how should I act or this or that or whatever. It's just all good. I get to be me, which I think is very powerful. And important. Just like the more you can record yourself, the better. get used to it. What else was I gonna say in that regard? Oh, yeah. And so the other powerful thing about recording your conversations with people, of course let them know, is that to go back and revisit the recordings. I get to see it in a new light. So Vince, for example. A lot of times I'll I'll remember certain parts of the conversation one way and then when I read listen to it, I get to see from a new angle the point he was trying to make. And it's like, oh, wait a minute, I misinterpreted what he was saying. Or I get a new interpretation of what he was saying that makes it that much more powerful.
Mischa Zvegintzov 09:46
And I use there's two companies I use for transcribing right now. They are www.rev.com and otter.ai. otter.ai. But you cantranscribe the conversations so you can read along and bold the key points for later. So a lot of copy, I pull copy from those conversations. Because a lot of times ideas are bouncing back and forth. So there's copy ideas. So you can bolt them and cut and paste them for later. So there's a key point. And then the other is you can fast forward the audio. I mean, not fast forward, you can buy two times... you can increase the rate of playback. So that makes it super effective. So the 30 minute coaching call, you can listen to it in 15 minutes or 10 minutes or you can get to the bit you want to hear quicker. And then, you know, what's the word I'm thinking of, not inspect, but you know, focus on... whatever find the bits that you really want to pay attention to and then and then Bolden and re listen to him and make sure the excuse me, the concept is internalized. Anyway, enough out of me. Record everything. I would recommend to you so you A) get used to it being recorded. And B) It's so powerful to be able to go back to those recordings for reference and usable content later. And C) let everybody know that you're recording them. Alright, I'm done.

I get around to telling you the story I promised. The power of song marking turning points in our lives. Teenage hitchhiking in the 80’s. Judges. Jail time. Treatment centers and Van Halen. Plus all the details I can muster. But first a tangent on, if you don’t want to sell than perhaps you shouldn’t be an entrepreneur who is trying to sell something.

Mischa Zvegintzov 00:00
On the last episode, I had talked about the importance of storytelling, and how important it is if you're trying to get the word out on your product offering, if you're trying to sell your product offering, and make no mistake that you're trying to create a business where people are buying your product, or your product offering, whatever that is, whether that's a physical good and expert service, or brick and mortar, or what have you, if somebody is buying, that implies you are selling. So, so I know I'm working with this guy right now who is like, "I don't want to be pushy", I in effect, don't want to have to sell.
Mischa Zvegintzov 00:50
Well, then perhaps you shouldn't be an entrepreneur, that's trying to sell something.
Mischa Zvegintzov 00:55
Because if you are trying to grow a business, that implies you have something to sell. Anyway, so there's different ways to do it. There's gentle ways to sell. aggressive ways to sell. There's ways to sell where through your storytelling at the end somebody naturally just wants to buy. and you don't even need to ask them to buy.
Mischa Zvegintzov 01:25
So I think that that's what people who are hesitant to "sell" as they don't want to feel like they are having to ask. Or force or "sell" ice to Eskimos. But ultimately, oftentimes, you do need to ask for the credit card. Or ask them to buy the clothes they are trying on. Wow, what a great tangent I just went on.
Mischa Zvegintzov 01:59
Anyway... so here's the story that I was going to tell in the last episode.. It's a story that is a slice of my life. It's about music. It's about the power and the impact of a band on my life. And also just a marker of my life and change.
Mischa Zvegintzov 02:28
II think what's interesting about the story is... perhaps this is just an egoic story for me to tell the story? Or is it a story that I'm trying to prove a point? Or show you that you need my product? Or the before and after things like that.
Mischa Zvegintzov 02:47
This is just a memory that came back that's been very strong in my head. So might as well practice telling stories because that's what we've got to do. And maybe the story by me practicing, telling it right now will come up when the time is right, intuitively. So I'll leave that to God.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:11
Okay, here we go. So I'm growing out my hair and it's officially long. It hangs to my shoulders and it's curls. And when it's wet it goes past my shoulders. Down my shoulders and back a little bit. It reminds me strongly of the 70s and 80s. And of the 70s and 80s rock bands that I used to love so much.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:48
And I don't know how the Google knows this. But the Google News Feed is delivering more delivering me more and more of the long haired 70s and 80s bands to me. Pictures and things like that. And so of course there's Robert Plant and Led Zeppelin. Who people comment on I remind them of that band due to my curly blond and gray locks.
Mischa Zvegintzov 04:29
And another band that's started to be front and center is Van Halen. Back before they had their refined look. Eddie Van Halen had his hair was pretty long.
Mischa Zvegintzov 04:51
And then you know, he starts getting bangs. It's fun to watch bands as they get respectable and start selling more music. And they start really looking the times and they've got stylists clearly. Anyway, it's just a funny thought.
Mischa Zvegintzov 05:15
So the story is this. The first time I heard Van Halen I thought they were horrible. I was 14 years old. I was living in Jackson Wyoming. And I had just started, just started my foray into actively drinking and drugging. And anybody who's been listening to me for a while knows that I quit drinking and drugging when I was 17. So my super active abusive period of drinking and drugging was three years. From the time I was 14, till the time I was 17 years and nine months old. Last day of high school is when I quit. Mischa Zvegintzov 06:03
This was in 1982. Jackson Hole Wyoming was a lot different than the famous Jackson Hole Wyoming that it is now. It was a hippie outpost and big tourist town at the same time. And then ranchers and cowboys. Real cowboys. Like rodeo cowboys. There's a rodeo in Jackson Wyoming. So bucking Broncos and, and all those sorts of things.
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:48
But at the time hitchhiking was still okay. At least in Jackson Wyoming. And we used to love to hitchhike as kids.
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:59
So I was 14 years old. I just started my four four foray into the active pursuit of drinking and drugging. Which is insane. When you look at what 14 year olds look like. , Especially me I was definitely a skinny tall and lanky kid... I was always young for my age trying to be older. I hit puberty later. My balance, my coordination, puberty, all these things hit me late.
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:37
Anyway, I'm hitchhiking with my buddy...
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:39
And my buddy, who I was hitchhiking with this day...
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:50
I got clean and sober. And the clean and sober never stuck with him. And he finally disappeared.
Mischa Zvegintzov 08:03
...I was trying to find him a decade or so ago on the Facebook and all that.
Mischa Zvegintzov 08:09
...What happened to my buddy? and I stumbled across his brother. His brother said, oh, yeah, he committed suicide. Could never get clean and sober. And just went down, dark, deep, and in his 30s killed himself.
Mischa Zvegintzov 08:35
So anyway, not to depress you, but interesting facts...
Mischa Zvegintzov 08:39
So him and I were hitchhiking, fourteen, skinny punk kids, ratty, early 80s hair. And two high school girls that we know. Pick us up in their car. Like an old Toyota Tercell stoner car of the day.
Mischa Zvegintzov 09:02
And we jump in, they're smoking cigarettes, and we want to be cool. My friend and I were like, "Yeah, I want to be cool too". And there's this Kinks song playing. Except it's not the Kinks. It's some dude with a horrible raspy voice shreaking the Kinks song "You really got me".
Mischa Zvegintzov 09:35
I loved the kinks in my youth. And I was like, "Who is this horrible rendition of the Kinks "You Really Got Me" in this 1982 ratty old high schooler car.
Mischa Zvegintzov 09:56
These two girls were partiers right. And I was afraid fledgeling partier. So they were my hero's. And I was like, "I dislike this band Van Halen and David Lee Roth".
Mischa Zvegintzov 10:10
So Van Halen was the best party music and I grew to like Van Halen. I loved Van Halen. So when 1984 came out I was full fledged drug addict and alcoholic at the age of 16.
Mischa Zvegintzov 10:41
So fast forward to I get sober. Clean and Sober. A nudge from the judge. The judge is like "Hey Mischa..."
Mischa Zvegintzov 10:50
I remember his name "Judge Horn". "No Judge Rank!" I graduated from Judge Horn to Judge Rank.
Mischa Zvegintzov 10:58
My father was the deputy prosecuting attorney of Teton County in Jackson Wyoming. And he knew Judge Rank. They had a good relationship. And so he worked this backdoor deal.
Mischa Zvegintzov 11:10
Dad talks to the judge... And the judge was like, "Alright, we'll let him go to treatment or he can go to six months in jail".
Mischa Zvegintzov 11:19
And I was given that offer by my father. He says, "Hey, I talked talk to the judge and here are your choices". These were common choices handed out to kids my age who were in trouble by the way. So it wasn't like I was treated special.
Mischa Zvegintzov 11:32
The way I was treated special was I didn't have to go directly through the courts. At that point I didn't have to go sit in front of the judge.
Mischa Zvegintzov 11:42
So for whatever reason I was inspired to choose treatment. And I land in treatment in June of 1986.
Mischa Zvegintzov 11:53
At this time David Lee Roth had quit Van Halen and Sammy Hagar was the new singer. I'm at a treatment center in St. Paul, Minnesota. Minnesota! The birth of the treatment center! And Van Halen's 5150 Album. Sammy Hagar singing the song "Why can't this be love was just on the radio rotation". And I just remember sitting in treatment, being like, "what has come of my life? Already? At 17 years old."
Mischa Zvegintzov 12:59
And the Van Halen song "Why can't this be love" was the soundtrack of that turning point for me. And still, whenever I happen to hear that song, it reminds me of that time.
Mischa Zvegintzov 13:13
But I can tell you this... There's the pre Sammy time and the and then Van Halen with Sammy. I was never a never able to embrace the Sammy Hagar Van Halen. It's a definitely a turning point in my life. But I was always like, "David Lee Roth Van Halen, that's the real Van Halen!."
Mischa Zvegintzov 13:47
And I think about that along the lines of AC/DC. There's the Bon Scott AC/DC and the Brian Johnson AC/DC. And I gravitate towards the Bon Scott AC/DC. Which is so interesting because Bon Scott and David Lee Roth, their voices are not the best voices. They just are so powerful in their delivery.
Mischa Zvegintzov 14:16
There's my story. Me practicing telling a story. With detail. Russell Brunson was like, get the details in there. Get more details in there to make it real.
Mischa Zvegintzov 14:32
I suppose some details would have been the depth of my despair when I was heading to treatment. I'll work on that next time. Love to all
Mischa Zvegintzov 14:42
Thank you for listening to my story!

As I record this episode it is officially the 1 year anniversary of the podcast (Errr “talk show”)! But this episode is about storytelling and I’ve got a story to tell you. And I give three tips to help you with your story telling. So much of sales and marketing today is about storytelling. Of course sales has always been about storytelling. (OMG that's a lot of "storytelling").
But the way we have the internet, podcasts, Youtube, TikTok, Clubhouse, Discord, et al. Storytelling is more important than ever.
And of course we have webinars as being a sales and marketing tool One to many selling.
How cool is that? One to many selling! I love that. Webinars. Evergreen webinars that sell while you sleep. You can drive traffic to your webinar and if it sells, and covers the cost of your advertising dollars than you are in that sweet spot. You have positive return on investment (ROI).
Some schools of thought would have you lose money on your marketing to your webinar because you are building your customer base that you can monetize in the future. An interesting thought. Perhaps just to encourage us to spend money on advertising when there is a negative initial return on investment.
You can also generate organic traffic by taking the time to learn to tell stories on your Podcast, youtube channel, or blog. And if people are interested in what you are up to you can point them to your webinar and then they buy your product offering.
My current coaching group run by is big is big on storytelling. Specifically:
The head of my coaching group, Russell Brunson, is very effective at telling stories. He tells many of the same stories over and over again. And it is clear that you don’t need a lot of stories to tell. You just need to find the ones that work. And I love that. But we have to practice telling the tale.
But I have an idea on how to use my skill set to help you tell your story. In an exiting way, even if you’ve told it for the 100th or 1000th time…
…Anyhow, the power of storytelling. If we are looking to sell our products or services we need to get good at telling our story. Which includes inventorying our stories and practicing telling our stories to see which ones work where.
Opps! I never got to the story I have to tell. I will save it for the next episode.
