I continue the riff on Trial Closes and Future Pacing! And give excellent examples. I refine my card deck idea as well. And I start it all off with a little rant of my Winfomercial. Enjoy the day!

Interview number... not interviewed number three. Let me start over. Eppersode Eppersode, episode number three recorded on zoom in a row. Most of my episodes of late had been recorded on the motive app while I was walking. So I'm making an effort to record on Zoom. So a perhaps I can start getting these these episodes up on the YouTube channel and people can look and smile and see my Robert Plant locks. I just showered and so so little they're a little flat right now. Go to YouTube and you can watch my look at my see my flat locks. My narcissistic go and dairy about my Robert Plant hair.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Anyway, this is all I just am. I'm in repurpose content mode. I'm really like yeah, I just got to be start. I've got all this content, it's time to start finding the WHO to help me distribute it out there. And so, so started doing episodes on YouTube. Wow, that's not the point of this episode.
Mischa Zvegintzov
The point of this episode is I wanted to tell you about I an idea that I've got and and that probably won't be done by the time this episode comes out. However, here's the idea. So along with everything that I do. All this now repurposing content that hopefully I'm in full effect with. by the time you see this. Is helping people create their webinars, long form sales videos, what I call my winfomercial. I'm going to interview people a certain way. So it'll be a super compelling interview that sells their goods and services. It's gonna be awesome, super informational, and super fun. The Winfomercial. Kinda like, kind of like on the radio, my friend who I just referenced on the previous episode, Glenn Lebar. Hopefully, Glen, you'll let me interview you. But you know, that's what they're doing, man. They're under the it doesn't matter.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Say my idea. So when you're doing... when people are selling from stage and selling from camera, or selling on webinars or selling in interviews. A lot of times what they're doing is they are using trial closes. I was just looking up on my if you're watching this, I was looking up on my board. I've got trial closes written down. And then I also have future paces, future pacing written down. So trial closes are where you start getting people to nod their head. Oh, yeah, yeah, yes, yes. Yes. or No? Or, or you're getting agreement or? So. That's really cool, right? Like, as you're listening to this episode, you know, and and saying, Hey, that's, wouldn't it be cool to imagine if... of course now, none of the trial closes are coming to my head. But there's lots of trial closes, but you basically are, are getting people used to saying yes, and get it helps build excitement, and they're shaking their head nodding their head, yes or no. You can also use those and then future paths to pacing as you're painting the picture of how things are going to be in the future. So my friend John Flannery, who hopefully I'm going to be able to interview is really good at the referral process. So he does sales training, trainings for for teams. For, you know, 50 60 person sales teams. So it could be divisions or small companies or divisions of medium sized companies. But anyhow, imagine if you had his scripts, right? His his referrals, that'd be really cool, right? Like, could you see yourself using those scripts? Yeah, me too, and making more money. Right? Like, imagine having the script in your hand, that if you used it, you knew you would make an extra.... you would increase your business by 25% for the year.
Mischa Zvegintzov
How cool is that! It's cool, right? Something you'd want to have? You're in your hands, right? And then imagine, like, how would your relationships in your family be if you had an extra 25% income? So if you're making 200,000 a year, all of a sudden you've got an extra. What is that? 75,000 or 50,000. To play with? Like, is that more vacations with your family? Is that more date nights? Get a couple cool things, shiny objects. Maybe your wife likes jewelry, you get her a cool ring. She thinks you're awesome. I don't know. Get your kid a nicer car, your teenager. Waylon and Cooper, both my kids. My sons, who at the time of this recording are 18 and 20. I give them the raggedy old truck. But perhaps if I'd had used the referral scripts I could have gotten em shiny new trucks. They'd have loved me even more.
Mischa Zvegintzov
That's future pacing. Cool, right? Could you see yourself using that? Yeah. That's trial closes. So make cards. I'm gonna make a card deck, a trial close card deck. And then a future pacing card deck. And then also all the other sales skills that go around from that go that go along with you know, selling this from stage. Creating your Table Rush. Like create the card decks to support that. So you can practice all the time. So that as I'm doing my episode, I've got my card deck. And I'm like, oh, yeah, try this trial close. Try this trial close. That's cool, right? Can you see what I'm saying? Like, how fun is that? That actually sounds like fun, right? Like, truly, if you have that card deck and you could practice it, or, you know, just in your daily life on the phone. You could practice the trial closes on your wife, your kids, your husband, your co workers. The police if you're speeding. Anyway, that's my idea. And then turn that into a lead magnet and offer it up. Sell them and see if I can drive some leads, create some excitement, and then help people sell. And lead them to my courses which are yet to be created but percolating in my mind. Right God? right universe?
Mischa Zvegintzov
Oh my gosh. I so want things to happen faster sometimes. And sometimes they just don't. Sometimes it takes a while to percolate. Some people get to go faster. Some people got to go slower. Anyway. Save that for the next episode. Love to all look for my card decks. Look for my card tags. Perhaps by the time this episode comes out, there'll b

The inspiration to create awesome sound bites from my interviews continues. It leads to the idea of interviewing specific people to get specific soundbites. I riff on who that is a little bit. And some action I took to execute.

I had so much fun. On my last episode recording on Zoom. I thought I'd do it again. And double bonus. There's video footage. Yay. "Hi!" waving to the cameras. So perhaps this will be. This episode will be up on Zoom or not Zoom, YouTube on my YouTube channel, the Table Rush Talk Show, go to Table Rush on YouTube and you can see the interviews the video interviews. Okay, what was I going to talk about? Oh yes, so the slicing and dicing and the creating, I've got all this long video content interviews, podcast episodes. What could be transcripts that can be sliced and diced and made into small bits to push out on all the social media platforms. to create blog, a blog. Repurpose my transcripts into blogs. I would need somebody that was artful at writing. One who could shine up the transcripts. Because then those transcripts man, Misha could go all over the place. Lots of "ums" and fits and starts and likes. Anyway. I hear you know, since I was like, Oh my gosh. Like if if it got me excited... As I was thinking about being able to slice and dice interviews, I was in to creating soundbites.
Mischa Zvegintzov
I was like, Oh my gosh, there's all these amazing small business owners that are netting, perhaps 200,000 to 300,000 at least a year. Netting means that's their profit a year. Right? So a small business, whether it's a brick and mortar or a coach, or or I don't know, whatever, that small business owner. And they are, after all is said and done making at least two to $300,000 a year. That's profits. Like that's good money for a lot of people. That's good, good money, two to 300,000 year. I mean, it's great money. And if you're growing from there, and there's even more upside from there. That's exciting. And so I was like, Oh my gosh, there's a lot of stories to be told from these two to 300,000 net income small business owners. Right? At least I'm just saying at least they can heck be making millions. Anyway, you get what I'm trying to say. But I was like, I was thinking as I was, as I'll be, if I'm interviewing men and women entrepreneurs, who are having success, at least at that level, they would have so many nuggets and bombs and just information goodness.
Mischa Zvegintzov
And oh my gosh, I could... if I get efficient at slicing and dicing the sound bites of those interviews or video bytes, let's just say sound byte video by video. Excuse me video clip, that's all the same. You get good at that. Or I find that "who" that can help me get good at that. And then just interview and then just pump out these amazing sound bites from these amazing small business entrepreneurs. Right? I was just like a Yeah, like Elon Musk has great sound bites or, or you know even Russell Brunson. Love you, Russell. If you happen to listen to this episode, I can't wait to meet you one day. Interview you one day. But I have a I have, you know what, where it really started to percolate. Just yesterday after thinking about the slicing and dicing of content. And then yesterday I talked to two or three good friends of mine that have really solid businesses where they're making three four or 500,000 a year net that's their profit. And that's a great business that's a great little business. And there's there's no shame in that.
Mischa Zvegintzov
It just really hit me I was like oh my gosh, I've I've been skewed by by the Internet and and all this stuff out there on social media man. All these multimillionaires and billionaires just like... You know there's people people that are doing really well have really good lives. And they're making 2, 3, 4 or 500,000 or more. But I'm just I'm just saying there's lots of stories out there to be told from smart people. Now that person if they've been making three, four or 500,000 a year could have a few mil in the bank, right? Gotten their kids through college. Perhaps Ivy League schools, you know, have a nice house and a nice spot, are doing well in that regard. And there's no shame in that. And are living good spiritual lives even. Engaged in their churches, their communities giving back. And I was like... just like, you know what... I cuz... I realized after talking to my, it was two or three of them yesterday, just he's really poignant, amazing inner conversations would just BS'ing about what they were up to how they were doing it, how they were growing their businesses, how they were generating leads. It was awesome. As a matter of fact, and I'm gonna interview him both hopefully, they if they'll Grace me, you know.
Mischa Zvegintzov
John Flannery is crushing it with referrals. Like what's, where's the bulk of your business coming from right now? His was referrals. "I've got a referral process." And he's crushing it with referrals. And then this other guy is radio man, he's buying radio time and doing am radio and he's doing the hour block interview style advice. Almost like the winfomercial. But he's crushing it. He's just doing really well. 40s and gracing the process. He started about six months ago, he was already doing very well he was just trying to do, it's like, I'm gonna try this radio thing. And I just was thinking, You know what, there's lots of good stories to be told, outside of somebody freaking posting smiling pictures on internet or adding value. Value posts or whatever. I mean, there's the there's so much content out there. So there's actually so many I'm not Pooh poohing any of that. I appreciate you listening to my ramble right now. But anyway, I'll cut to the chase. I was like, Oh, my gosh, I need to start interviewing more small business owners that are profitable, doing well, perhaps growing, having good lives out there. And, like, they've got good stories to tell. They could give great actionable ideas, because they're doing it right. And so to collect those sound bites, oh my gosh, you could just it's gonna be a fun experiment. So there you have it.
Mischa Zvegintzov
And then so I started texting some people. I was like... I'll tell you what I said, I texted because I was I talked to my... The few people I talked to yesterday, were guy friends. So I was like, Oh, my gosh, what, what lady entrepreneurs do I know out there. And to accelerate the process, I started texting a bunch of my friends "Who are the top three female business owners and entrepreneurs that you know, that are making at least two to 300,000 net, that would be awesome for me to interview? And people started responding back. So I'm so excited. We'll see. So so many things to do. So little time. I'm trying to stay focused people. Did I cover the bases here. That's my key question... Did I Did I... I think I'm closing the loop. But bear with me. So I just really wanted to say how I was excited to slice and dice current content. Yes. And then start interviewing more people to have more awesome interviews to slice and dice to pull out awesome sound bites, to push out on the social media to see if I can grow an audience. And in the case of the people that I'm interviewing, as my audience grows, it pushes interested parties towards them. Holy mackerel, so good. So excited. All right. That's it. I'm done.

I’m inspired by my friend Carisa to start repurposing my hundreds of hours of content. And it turns out there are a whole bunch of ways to do it. And a whole bunch of results it can drive. A little more on the Tools For A Good Life Summit and how powerful Carisa’s interview was. And a brief recap of Green Vs Red activities.

Carisa one of the people that I interviewed for my Tools For A Good Life Summit, went ahead and broke up our interview our interview into 20 or so, amazing little clips, which is totally given me the inspiration and the idea to start making all these little reels and things and repurposing them out there on the interweb. And see if it drives, looks, likes, subscribes, thumbs ups, Lead Magnet stuff. This episode is me talking all about that.
Mischa Zvegintzov 00:38
(Intro) You know, when someone is selling from stage, and at the end, the audience gets up and rushes to the back of the room to buy. That's a table rush. My name is Misha Z. And the table rush talk show is all about bringing you the tools, strategies and tactics that you can use to grow your audience and inspire them to buy.
Mischa Zvegintzov 01:04
I had this idea and it's definitely not a new idea or, or haven't coming up with anything new and everybody in the world is already doing it or thinking about doing it or whatever. And I've got, you know, 60 hours worth of interviews, I've got 400 podcast episodes, or something like that, actually about 350 Not including interviews. And I was thinking it's time to start slicing and dicing, slicing and dicing that content and re repurposing it or putting it out on on all the other social media platforms. So you've got you've got TikTok, of course, Instagram rails, Facebook, regular old Instagram. But I could take...
Mischa Zvegintzov 02:15
What happened was Carissa, one of the people I interviewed for the tools for Good Life Summit. Such great interviews, she's a nutritionist, go check her out Tools For A Good Life Summit, she gives some great, great tips, tricks and tools on how to just maximize your nutrition for a healthy mind. Not to get ripped. Or not to have the best body in the world, by all means go do that. But this is more for energy, maximizing your energy and stabilizing your moods and stuff like that, which is what I wanted, I wanted somebody to have the summit to speak to nutrition to stabilize your moods. To have a healthy mind, energy, body. Not to be lean as hell and starve yourself so your emotions are pegging all over the place. Not that that happens to anybody. I tend to get hangry anyway hangry you know, hungry, angry hangry. Ahh a bit of a distraction. But she asked me to slice and dice up her videos, so she could use different sound bites to make ads, because she loved all the points we covered and the energy that was created in the in the interviews. So I did that for her bites, or something like that, you know, most of them a minute or less anywhere from five seconds to one minute long. And it became very clear Holy mackerel. Like I could take all those clips and with a little bit of work start putting em out on social media. And and start seeing if if that would grow my audience, as well as point people to the Tools For A Good Life Summit from those clips.
Mischa Zvegintzov 04:35
So I've got 20 interviews on there. I could do the 20 free interviews slice and dice and let's say I could get 20 sound bites from each interview. All the sudden I've got 400 sound bites, video clips. That's a lot of content to post and drive traffic and grow an audience. And then I've got 20 of the VIP interviews, you can check out all this all these interviews, of course, at www.ToolsForAGoodLifeSummit.com. You can register for free, and get access to the 20 General Admission free session interviews. And then if you buy the VIP pass, you get lifetime access to all the video interviews, including the VIP interviews, where I go deeper with each of the speakers. And then there's mp3 downloads, the transcripts, gifts from the speakers, all this cool stuff. But I could take the 20 General Admission interviews, slice and dice them and say, hey, if you'd like that sound... or whatever point that soundbite people can click on the, you know, your bio (static)... Summit. And then I was also thinking, Oh, my gosh, the VIP stuff super good. You know, could slice those dice, slice and dice those all the sudden I've got 200 or 400 clips. And I could use those to point people and encourage people to buy the VIP pass.
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:20
So that's a ton of content to push out across the platforms and see if it grows my audience and grows. click throughs. So I... Duh! people are doing this in mass. But I was thinking, oh my gosh, I have been creating content for a year. And I really have not done much to promote the content. And you know, the other thing to do is to get start going on other people's podcasts and YouTube channels and things like that. So I just think how funny is that? I'm late to the party, but very excited to, to, to start to repurpose some interview, some of the interview and podcast content. And then the other thing is, I send out a weekly email now, I could turn that into a blog. Right. So and then I could take the daily transcripts of all the podcasts, and perhaps edit those to a daily blog as well.
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:43
So I've got all this content. So which leads me to a dilemma. This is the dilemma. This is the rest of the story. Do I start to do it myself? Or do I find out who to do it for me? Do I want to invest in the WHO to do it for me? Because it could be you know, it's resources. It's to pay somebody and but I was thinking man, if he somebody good who could lop a 30 minute video interview into 20 pieces of content that'd be pretty awesome. Could be a cost effective way to go. So more will be revealed... If you'd listened to it a couple episodes ago I was I referenced tightening up my calendar and and working more with my calendar and daily activities. You know, green versus red, green or income producing activities. Red are let's say administrative paper pushing activities or busy work. You feel like you're gaining ground but you're not so it's establishing what are your green which your green activities versus your red activities and then you calendar the green activities and you do those no matter what. And you turn off your phone. You turn off your distractions. You lock your door. You you know close the blinds. You get those green activities done as their calendared. But I was going to calendar perhaps an hour a day of of content creation.
Mischa Zvegintzov 09:33
How does Gary Vee say document don't create. I still haven't figured that out. But anyway, there you go. So more will be revealed on that. Perhaps look for a barrage of daily content from me. Perhaps! And perhaps I will be finding somebody to help me slice and dice the videos. Podcasts. Excuse me. Finding the sound bites. But very excited. I think it's exciting. I'm very excited to A) see if it drives traffic. And B) If it drives click throughs to the Tools For A Good Life Summit. Okay, that's it. Have a good day people.
Mischa Zvegintzov 10:21

The importance of running a calendar and time blocking. I learned the technique from Todd Duncan when I was a home loan officer. Are your activities income producing? Or shuffling paperwork to look busy? I break down some examples for you from my days in the loan business. When the calendar comes to a green activity you do it. You put down all other activities. I reference a simple little script that increased my business by 25%. Could you imagine?

On this episode, I am going to talk about the importance of running a calendar. And time blocking, and how powerful running a super solid calendar and time blocking can be, and how I've been super loosey goosey for a bit in regards to my calendaring.
Mischa Zvegintzov 00:28
(Intro) You know when someone is selling from stage, and at the end, the audience gets up and rushes to the back of the room to buy. That's a table rush. My name is Misha Z. And the table rush talk show is all about bringing you the tools, strategies and tactics that you can use to grow your audience and inspire them to buy.
Mischa Zvegintzov 00:55
So of the many things that I was very good at over my 20 years sales career, you know, putting together lead lists, to market to. Creating flyers to get the phone to ring. Systemising the answering of the phone call, what to say, niching down. Most of this was in mortgages, by the way. And finding niches within mortgages when I talk about niches. And then there was one concept that was introduced to me. His name was a Todd Duncan. Anybody's heard of Todd Duncan, he was a trainer of like a motivational trainer for loan officers. Wells Fargo actually brought him in. Back in the day, you could subscribe to the Todd Duncan, whatever methodology but Todd was great. And he had the way he talked about calendaring was read time in green time. Lots of people talk about it in different ways. But this was when it took took hold for me. And so you look at your calendar and your activities. You start by looking at your activities. Are they income producing? Or are they shuffling paperwork? Are they income producing? Or are they shuffling paperwork if they're income producing their green time activities. And if it's pushing paperwork, and oftentimes that's necessary, behind the scenes stuff, of course, that has to be done. That's read. And so you schedule all your activities, and then you do your best to hold to that calendar.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:00
So for example, in mortgages, I, I at one particular point, I would corral all the new houses that were for sale. And you could get it through the multiple listing services. I'm sure many people have heard of that. And that's that's a questionable way to do it. But a lot of people do it that way. Moving Companies. Like trucking moving companies, they'll pull that data, a house cleaning people will pull that data. There's all sorts of companies that pull data on houses that are for sale. And so you can also these days and also back in the day, you could pull data on houses that were for sale, there were websites, and I can't remember what there was was like zip something or I can't remember what the precursor to Redfin and Zillow was. but there was a precursor to Redfin, Zillow, realtor.com, although realtor.com has been around forever, zip something or coyote something? I can't remember what it was called. But it was public access information. It was a public site. So all the information was there. And you could in effect... so what I would do is I would download. Well, there's all these ways to to scrub that information. And so I would time block the scrubbing of that information. So every Monday, pull the new listings. Cool thing about Zillow. And Redfin is you can pull listing all across the country houses that are for sale in all different sorts of markets. If you really want to get creative, you can go find out who has the loans on those properties. You can do find out who's got phone numbers on those properties. You can do all kinds of stuff that are in my skill set that have been dormant for many, many years. But are starting to percolate and come back to life.
Mischa Zvegintzov 05:29
Anyway, I think you get what I'm saying. So you time block the downloading of the of that data, or you hire somebody to do that for you. And then you know, there's your prospecting. So I did a ton of telemarketing, ton of telemarketing. So I time blocked my telemarketing times on my calendar. Time blocking is an income producing activity, you time block callbacks. Callbacks are income producing. So you Sorry, I got distracted, I was just thinking of... as my brain is starting to go back to all this amazing sales stuff in content and all these things I used to do and systemize one of the really cool things... I had the script. And I can't remember if this script was from Todd Duncan, or another guy, I still have the sales, the home mortgage sales. It's like on CD, it was burned on the CD, a program by this other mortgage guy, he was really good. But nonetheless, I came across the script for how to ask for referrals. So awesome little script, super quick, super easy. And when I implemented that script, into my business, it increased 25%. I saw a 25% increase in my business. So could you imagine having a simple script like that?
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:18
And oh, kids, parents, this is awesome. Love it playing Chase. Sorry about the diversion.
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:26
Could you imagine implementing a simple script, it was like three lines, that would increase your business by 25%. So for me that was like going from $300,000 to what's 25%? That's like another $80,000? That was an $80,000 implementation tool. Imagine what that would do for your life? Like, is that a new house? Is that cars for your kids? Is that a year of college? Anyway, perhaps one day I'll, I'm going to find that script and put a link in there. Great script though. Asking for referrals. Add that in your system. So I believe you get what I'm saying here.
Mischa Zvegintzov 08:15
There's time block on your calendar, red and green activities. And you go to the green activities, no matter what. Stop whatever administrative stuff you're doing. And when that your calendar comes to that green activity on a Monday, you do it. When your calendar comes to the green activity. On a Wednesday you do it. You don't answer the phone calls. You don't react. You do your activity. And that's another huge piece of it is the reaction. Like how often in our businesses, are we reactive? Am I reactive, and it takes me away from the core income producing activity that I have scheduled. And as I talk about this, my... I'm shifting from my core as a stay at home ish dad wandering with intention. For for the last five or six years up until the last year or so. My green income producing activity was making sure I was available for my boys and stuff did not take precedent over that. And now I'm shifting out of that. My 20 year old moved out as of this recording, he moved out a year ago or so or more. My 18 year old is super independent. So there's a few activities with him that are on the calendar that take precedent.
Mischa Zvegintzov 09:58
But I'm reevaluateing now, what are my green income producing activities? Perhaps you're trying to create leads, or perhaps you're trying to create social media content. Whatever your green is, calendar it. So every, every monday, tuesday and friday from two to four. This is that green activity that I do, as my father used to say, "come hell or high water". Anyway, so that's what I am doing right now. I'm re looking at my calendar, re looking at what I'm up to what I'm trying to create, my vision. What are my green activities that I need to calendar. And encourage you to do the same. Love to all. Thank you for listening.
Mischa Zvegintzov 10:57

My eyes have been opened. I had always thought of influencers as endorsing products. But it turns out, there's this whole army of influencers that are telling you to buy the product. And some influencers are really good at it. And what's cool about that, is that they're so interactive and engaged with their audience that they don't need that big of a following. I go into more details in this episode. The influencer sell sight I mention is https://about.liketoknow.it/

Did you know that influencers out there right now influencers on Instagram, Facebook? And now there's actually cool... Well, they're probably already always has been, but I have... My eyes have been opened to cool apps, websites where that are designed for influencers to help sell the products that they promote. And there's one gosh, I wish, I'll throw the link in the website. It's like idk products dot com Here is the site https://about.liketoknow.it/), or something, I don't know, I'll throw the link in the in the show notes (https://about.liketoknow.it/).
Mischa Zvegintzov 01:00
But influencers are looking for products to sell. Influencers want to sell products. Like that's what they're doing. And some of them are really good at it. Some guests like, show the product and then throw the link in there, you know, in the comment section or, you know, swipe up or whatever. But some actually apply sales strategies and tactics. Sales strategy and tactics over and above a link in the comments section. They're actually going to put in the comments, features and benefits, things like that, or talk points or other things, you know. Talking points to help sell and they will actually encourage you to buy. Or they're in their video, they're going to encourage you to buy. And they're going to have offer a deal if you buy within, you know, 48 hours or two weeks, or whatever it is.
Mischa Zvegintzov 02:27
There's a dog, I'm walking by a dude with a weed blower.
Mischa Zvegintzov 02:34
So my eyes have been opening up to this whole world of what's going on on that side of things in the sales world. The E commerce e commerce side of things. I mean, there's the my original, you know, understanding is Kim Kardashian wears a pair of sunglasses, and then she might be doing more of this, but I don't follow Kim Kardashian, but just have an idea of the major influencers that come to mind. You know, whether it could be Matthew McConaughey as a movie star or whatever, you know. That they will endorse a product. It's more of like a product of endorsement. Matthew McConaughey wears the cool sunglasses. People seeing him wear the sunglasses. Then people go to find the sun glasses so they can enjoy the life that Matthew McConaughey has. So an endorsement. Yeah, that's a great way. That's the word that comes to mind. I'll think of it that way.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:51
But it turns out, there's this whole army of influencers that are telling you to buy the product and have special carts created. website landing pages, carts, the spot where you can buy the product. L ike they're telling you to go to that cart and buy that product. And there's usually a discount offered in a certain time frame. And some influencers are really good at it.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:51
And what's cool about that, is that they're so interactive and engaged with their audience that they don't need that big of a following.
Mischa Zvegintzov 04:45
So I think when people will all speak for me, my eyes were opened up I was always thinking of influencers on the endorsement side of things. So if you want to A massive following because it's all about eyeballs. But if you find the influencer that's engaged with their audience and selling, like actively participating in the sale, they only need 3000, 5000, 10, 15, 20, 30,000 followers. And how cool is that? I love that right. So cool. Imagine having an idea of a product itself, finding an influencer, offering them an affiliate pay structure, 20% I don't know. I don't know how the numbers work these days, but we'll just throw a number out there 20%. Or you could do graduated, like a scale. Sell this many. You get this much. When the sales get to this amount, your commission goes up. A lot of you listening again might be like, "duh Mischa". Well, I am like, wow, there's this whole amazing world out there. And I'm in the 2TCCX. Alison Prince is really good at this stuff. Alison Prince is really good at this stuff. Google Alison Prince, one L. She's the master. So she...
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:40
I'm in the Two Comma Clux X which is Russell Bronson's high end, not as highest end because he's got inner circle and then he's got category kings. But it's the inner circles like 50,000 a year his category kings is 100,000 A year. His 2CCX I think these days is 25,000 or 30,000 a year or something like that. Anyway, I'm in his 2CCX. And I get to jump on classrooms and trainings and get to interact with some of the best internet sales people. Some of the top people in the game, right. I'm not gonna say the best in the world, but I some really, really good savvy people. There's obviously a ton of people outside the 2CCX and Russell Brunson. But I have landed in the Russell Brunson ecosystem. Because he's really good at what he does.
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:47
Anyhow, Alison Prince is in there. She is on the E commerce side of sales. There's like E commerce, e commerce, e commerce world if you wanted to break it in the two worlds. E commerce which is physical products, supplements, beauty supplies, widgets, whatever. And then you've got expert. The expert side is where you're selling information. You are an expert. And you have consolidated the information into courses, coaching, things like that. And sometimes, those two things meet in the middle. So Alison Prince sell is a master at building e commerce, businesses, as well as she's got her whole expert coaching.
Mischa Zvegintzov 08:47
This has been a super fun episode, I had more to say than I thought. Anyhow, I'm going to end with this. There's really cool ways to... Alison, what Alison shows you how to do is come up with products quickly and easily. To deliver to influencers to self. How cool is that? Now this could be a distracting shiny object for me. But I just want to say that the key takeaway for me is there are influencers out there that are good at selling. Like engaging their audience to buy. Directing and encouraging their audience to buy. I hadn't really found many or seen many across my radar. But once I started looking strategically, they're out there. And I think that's super cool.
Mischa Zvegintzov 09:54
All right, enough. Click on the links, buy whatever I'm selling. How did it deteriorate to that. I want to I'm going to practice I'm going to consciously practice more future pacing and trial closes. So imagine imagine how cool your life would be if you could quickly put together a product that an influencer wanted to sell. And, and you could make extra money from that, too. That's not the best job of feature pain? I'll let you fill in the blanks. It's really cool though, right? Could you imagine? Right? It's like it sounds super easy, right? If you practice and tried that, how cool would that be? Like to me it's awesome. Do you think it's awesome? Anyhow love to all.

Brandon is a 2 Comma Club X Award winner. Which means he created a funnel that drove at least $10,000,000 in revenue. And there is a lot of blood, sweat, and tears in that award. We go deep on the Funnel Hacking Live convention. Blue Ocean Strategy. The Avatar. Meeting the customer where they are at... Brandon has a big big heart. Cares for his customer. Works his tail off and is always learning. There's loss and redemption. Successes and failures. Nuggets to be had and lessons to learn. And OH YEAH! IF YOU ARE A CONTRACTOR WANTING TO SCALE YOUR BUSINESS... YOU SHOULD REACH OUT TO BRANDON.
Find Brandon Guthrie Here:
Just some of my notes from the interview: We start with a rant on how Funnel Hacking Live was so amazing. “It’s hard to get out of the dungeon sometimes.” All the Funnel Hacking starts are walking around with us. The speakers are just hanging out and ready to talk. The networking was effortless. It was truly epic and Brandon gives you a good sense of the vibes.
I just did what Tony Robins Said… I burnt the boats. I hucked it. I went all in.
So what I loved about that question, and that's what people need to know… where is your customer in their journey? So that way we can niche down target appropriately. And have a better return on investment.
Where along the journey are your listeners? Are they just getting started? Have they just started to see success? Or are they hitting a milestone like a two comma club or trying to get level depends. So your listener could be at a different level wherever they are at and that journey of theirs? This is where I should tell my story from. My story should adjust to the audience.
And a really important part about that. Is that you actually want to try to, on purpose… Intentionally make your ideal client the people that are at the point in the journey where they can afford what you offer.
Teach the what for free and the how as your paid programs.
But if you're running paid for if you're running ads, and you're paying money, you're gonna probably want to turn your target to yourself in your journey, when you first started having success and you and you made a commitment.
"finding clients with money"
There’s crashing and burning. Covid. Running toward the fire instead of away from it. Phonix rising from the ashes.
So I had already made this shift to making like it about heart and about caring about my client. And the person that even on the other side of the ad, and I was already about that and impact and, and I was going more and more and more into that every month.
Big Heart. Big Big Heart. He has studied his craft. A lot. And he has worked.
He is all about impact now. How can he help those who are suffering with the same things as his aunt.
We go a little deep on the blue ocean strategy and how to refine it. How to dial in your avatar. Builds funnels and drives adds.

I talk about my creative process. How I get the idea, then I can fall into avoidance. And the seemingly Herculean implications of the next indicated step. How I get through that. I throw in a couple recent examples. “Oh! “It sounds like this is your creative process.” The symptoms of such. I’d just rather not do it. “Make the choice!” Mischa throwing a fit; unfortunately for good or bad, is part of my creative process

An episode... this episode is going to be on my creative process. Yes, my creative process. Enjoy the intro whichever it happens to be. Hopefully by this episode, I've gotten the new Table Rush intro together. But if not, I will be talking about after the coming intro, my creative process and how you can, if we can be aware of our creative process how that can help us so much.
Mischa Zvegintzov 00:35
(intro) You know when someone is selling from stage, and at the end, the audience gets up and rushes to the back of the room to buy. That's a Table Rush. My name is Misha Z. And the Table Rush talk show is all about bringing you the tools, strategies and tactics that you can use to grow your audience and inspire them to buy.
Mischa Zvegintzov 01:02
I'm back. Hope you enjoyed the new intro Table Rush intro if it was indeed there. The creative process is interesting as I it's being aware of my creative process is interesting and very helpful. And what's helpful about it is I see the pain loop piece of it. I get the inspiration. There's things that I want to do I want to create. And then it gets very painful to get the next indicated step. Usually I'll get to a point where there's a next indicated step that's incredibly painful. And I fight it and kick and scream at it. And gosh, that could take months, years perhaps, or weeks or perhaps a day. But usually the bigger bit of... the what I perceive as the riskiest creative point... Right? Perhaps need to put myself out there. Or the implications of getting that next indicated step. Or, or feels so great to me that it's a Herculean effort to get through it. And I'll kick and scream and do everything else under the sun then the next indicated step. And psychic pain, finally I kick and scream. Go deep into prayer and meditation, turn to God, source, whatever, I give all this to you. What am I supposed to do? How am I gonna get through this? I'm just screwed. And usually it's like, why don't you just do that next dedicated staff that's sitting right in front of you. And then freedom awaits.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:13
And I was I have two big examples of it. One fairly recently, the summit and a feedback people people kept telling me oh, it sounds like this is your creative process. Oh, this looks like your creative process. And since I just went through this bit of my creative process with the Table Rush in the questionnaire, listen to the last episode, or couple episodes ago. Anyway, the questionnaire in the outline was fighting, next steps and all the turmoil it created in my life. Like should I stick with renaming the podcast? Which should I do? Who's my avatar? No, no, no, no, just ahhhhhh! I'm comparing myself to everybody and I start to get frustrated and resentment start to creep in and holy mackerel. I'm hearing I hope you are to please Jesus. I hope you're human too. Anyhow, this summit brutal man I you know, I turned what? In the best case scenario is a three month process seemed like it seems like a lot of people do it in six months. For me it what turned into nine months or something like that. That there was so much psychic pain of getting to incremental next steps. And so much messy action that needed to be taken. So it was committing to a headline committing to a summit name. Finally reaching out to the speakers you know...
Mischa Zvegintzov 05:00
The getting to the point of reaching out to the speakers was so painful, so painful, like psychically painful. Like I wanted to quit multiple times. It's actually... I was recently wanting to quit the 2CCX, as I was trying to get the questionnaire together and figure out my offer and all that. Because I have I know what I need to do for the offer, I just need to do it. But it's the next indicated steps to get there. Or I'm like, I'd rather just not do it. But the summit man, if you go back, what there six months were almost every day of episodes where I was just beating my head against the same wall. And what, at the time in hindsight, it was... what. In in the moment, as it was happening. It just felt like I was slogging through mud. Like, "all right, I can next little step is done." But then the next step, I'd be like, I want to quit. And when I finally made the choice, you know, got through... anyway, a lot of psychic pain, a lot of wanting to quit a lot of upheaval. And the feedback I kept getting, as I was talking to mentors, and things, my one mentor, John, who I talked to every week. He's a powerful spiritual adviser in my life. He just kept saying, Oh, it sounds like it's your spirit. It sounds like it's your creative process. It sounds like it's your creative process.
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:44
I'm like, Damn, you mean I get to be good through the psychic pain. Each time I get to be creative on a big creative project. The answer is "yes". So I this episodes a little all over the place, as a lot of them, but I hope I'm making sense. And bear with me... As I had clarity on as I got to the willingness to make the questionnaire which implied next steps of putting together get early, getting putting together the offer, and getting the questionnaire out to people.
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:29
Again, this is about how I can help you create a video sales letter and or webinar and or interview... based... what I call the winfomercial so I have this process, we go through the process, then we spin up a winfomercial. Where in effect I interview you and your natural amazingness comes out. You can point traffic to that product. And yeah, start bringing in some leads and some sales. Like an evergreen ad. And then also we can do retakes as we, you know, there's round one, let's get it done, and get it published. And then refine it. Well, I'll give the opportunity to do a couple of refinements to it. retakes. And also you get the asset at the end to slice and dice however you want, and have really cool content. And depending on how I see your you know what best serves you either we edit me out, or perhaps we might be in there as a foil to you. So we'll look and see what the best way to have that is.
Mischa Zvegintzov 09:08
Anyway, back to it. So that this is the ultimate goal of what I'm up to. need to have an offer around that. need to start finding customers for proof of concept which I am doing. but it's a creative process. super painful. The creative process was I go with this, so I encourage you to to so I was like oh I don't actually need to quit. That's just my emotional state. As I'm in my creative process, I start throwing a fit. Mischa throwing a fit; unfortunately for good or bad, is part of my creative process. I start stamping my feet at the universe. way away. I don't want to do this. No, wait. I'm gonna quit. Make it easy for me.
Mischa Zvegintzov 09:58
Anyhow, so you Yes, it's getting shorter though. So that was a really cool thing. The summit...took me an extra four or five months due to my fit throwing. My bouts of massive insecurity, etc, etc. This part of the process of the pain loop much shorter, I'm sure there's more creative pain coming.
Mischa Zvegintzov 10:30
I have one final example and I'll let you go. Way back in the day when I first got clean and sober... You know, there's, there's programs out there and their steps and all sorts of things. and ah, you know, if you apply the tools for sobriety, you can get tremendous relief and freedom. But how... and I would consider that part of a creative process. I would, I would liken it to the creative process. And that how I kicked and screamed at some of the required steps of the framework. And when the psychic pain got bad enough, by the grace of God, I capitulated which means I threw in the towel I surrendered. And was like, alright, I'll do that required bit. And, you know, that can be a couple year process. Oh, goodness, hope that makes sense. How is your creative process? Shine a light of awareness on it. And then perhaps you won't quit before the miracle happens. I'm done. Peace out. Cheerio.

Yes, I did publish the last two episodes. We need to be reminded of the basics. Do the next indicated step. What platform do I create the questionnaire on and then how do I deliver it? As soon as it was clear that I had momentum and it was going to be done the next steps opened up. The next indicated step frees me to commit to the “Table Rush!”

The last two episodes were quite volatile with my emotions it seems. Very curious to see if I've published them when I get to this episode. I, my coach Vince likes to remind me that one of the great things about well, two things, one is that we need to be reminded, as entrepreneurs, or whatever we're trying to do, we need to be reminded of the basics. Here's a reminder of the basics. Here's a reminder of the basics. And the next indicated step is such a great reminder, do the next indicated step. That's what I'm going to talk about on this episode. And then there was something else what was it? Oh, yes. This is funny. The other thing, which I'll talk about a different day, or perhaps this episode, is he reminds me that information has become commoditized. And the skill set that we can bring to the table is organizing information for people. That effectively all the informations out there a lot of it free, truly, or just about free. So being able to organize it for people and help them get through it is a is a skill set.
Mischa Zvegintzov 01:58
Yeah, so the next indicated step was in a bunch of turmoil trying to decide on the last episodes if I published them, but alright, what am I doing with this dang podcast and YouTube channel? Am I committed to Table Rush? Or am I going to stay strong with the Bitch Slap ...The Accelerated Path To Peace. And a lot of that turmoil was i by Tuesday, by the or by Thursday, by the day of this recording, on my to do list with my other coach, Coach, Stephanie. I'm all coached up. Was to have my questionnaire completed. I was creating...I am creating a questionnaire for my, for the, for people that I can help get their webinars and video sales letters together. So I created a questionnaire to gauge where they are, so I can meet them where they are, and then see if I can help them. And yeah, so that I've got, of course, I waited till the last minute on that. Pretty close to the last minute, I'd actually started. You know, over the past, I had two weeks to get it done. And I could have got it done. Day one. But I waited. I did over the two weeks start to look at how I wanted to do it. Was it going to be Google Forms? Was it going to be an alternative delivery method? And then ultimately, what I put it in a funnel? And should I start in a funnel? The question was, do I create the questionnaire in the funnel? Turns out, at least in Click Funnels, it's more effective to create the funnel in an alternate alternative application. And then you put the HTML frame into your funnel. So it in effect looks like it's created. And click funnels. So step one, well, step one, figure out delivery method. Step two, take action. And that already written out or penciled out, and another program notability the general framework of it with most of the questions. So anyhow, I just needed to get it into Google Docs and was it gonna hire someone to do it or learn how to do it and now Next time I'll hire somebody? So I decided to do it myself super glad I did. I can hire somebody next time... or... I see the power in creating questionnaires.
Mischa Zvegintzov 05:12
Anyhow yesterday's turmoil was what am I gonna do? Like do I want to go old podcast name different avatar? Or you know different objective for the avatar? Let's say that avatar equals perfect customer. So I think I'm shifting objective of the perfect customer. I like that that's a great way to say that. Same avatar new objective. Ooh, that's good. Or maybe same avatar in a different space? I don't know doesn't matter. All I know is this as soon as I was pretty much completed with the questionnaire... and it took all day yesterday and I've been working on that a little today as I still have till noon pacific standard time to get it done. But for all intents and purposes it is done just doing little minor editing. But as soon as it was clear that I had momentum and it was going to be done the next steps opened up. Or the vision for next for next indicated step coalesced and I think that's so cool and so powerful.
Mischa Zvegintzov 06:47
Which also leads me to... I want to talk about my creative process. And how the the the creative process... the shortening...in a good way. Meaning the time from inspiration to creation and fruition... the pain loop shortening. There's pain in there for me. So there's your open loop. Anyway, back to the next indicated step.
Mischa Zvegintzov 07:17
Once I had that the Google Form questionnaire done effectively my mind was flooded with new inspiration for Table Rush for interviewing next steps and it was not towards Bitch Slap and God bless the Bitch Slap it was like a Bitch SlapI got one hey don't forget focus on the next indicated step it's the next indicated set man I was future tripping and and all sorts of psychic pain. When get the next indicated step done. So as of this recording I am committed to the Table Rush. The Table Rush perhaps marketing and sales show. It's definitely going to be Table Rush tagline not sure yet. Oh, marketing and sales talk show. And in brackets, bracket... in bracket, pitch section...exit bracket "The Table Rush marketing, sales, marketing and sales Talk Show and pitch session". Or it might be build your way. Selling one to many something like that. I don't know definitely Table Rush enough out of neon babbling. Future episodes are going to be organizing information as a skill set. And what was the other one? Can't remember.

Table Rush. Tools For A Good Life Summit
Someone comes to me for life coaching via the Tools For A Good Life summit. It may be just my future self who is on the journey with me. Who do I want to help…my hand is being forced? Wait a minute, the summit kind of worked.

I do want to say to kind of cool oh, sorry, part 3. Am I staying with pitch slab? Or am I going with Table Rush? Goodness gracious. I just had this amazing thought stream and it disappeared.
Mischa Zvegintzov 00:27
Oh, a person that is in the middle of a divorce was asking me for help. She's like, Hey, I'm trying to figure out what to do next. You know, I need to get a job blah blah blah. And and I was like well, I'm kind of... and she came to me from the via the what do you call it the the the summit. The Gools For A Good... excuse me... via the Tools For A Good Life Summit. And I was like, Well, I've kind of shifted directions to helping business people or whatever, blah, blah, blah. You know, this Table Rush thing. And fast forward to today past few days as I'm like, What am I doing? Who am I trying to help? Who is this frickin avatar? Like? Who? Who?
Mischa Zvegintzov 01:35
I'm walking in traffic recording. So dangerous.
Mischa Zvegintzov 01:42
What am I trying to say here? Thanks for listening per usual. I appreciate you. I do. I appreciate you being on this journey with me. And maybe it's just the "my future self" that's on this journey with me. It's a funny thing to think about, isn't it? Or my previous self from a month behind who's on the journey with me, I think you get what I'm saying? Or not, it might be too esoteric for you.
Mischa Zvegintzov 02:14
So this person was like, Hey I need some help, kind of finding a vison forward. And I'm like, Well, I think let me refer you to someone else. Because I've got nothing put together to help. And she wanted some coaching. Literally was asking me to provide coaching. And I was like well, I got no coaching. But I guess it's kind of what I'm trying to do through this whole process is put together some courses to create some coaching and create some evergreen courses. Anyway there's a few other people that could use a little help with their direction moving forward and finding their "why". I see now that a lot of people are questioning getting their "why" that are in some psychic upheaval.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:22
So awesome. Will these become episodes? And what will the name of my podcast and YouTube channel be? Assuming there's a YouTube channel when these episodes go live? It's very exciting.
Mischa Zvegintzov 03:44
Definitely distracted by the cars and the people walking big dogs. Okay, back to it. Stream of conscious. "Hey" big dog. That is a big dog. My gosh beautiful big dog.
Mischa Zvegintzov 04:07
Okay. So the question is this. the question is this. "How do I start from scratch and put on new summits new challenges to reach the fledgling entrepreneurs who are a year behind me?" Perhaps Yeah, a year behind me. Or do I reach out to the divorced dads, divorced moms or just divorced dads who are perhaps five years behind me? Some serious rambling. Let's come back to center. Big breath in. Long breath out.

So what I was gonna say after this five minute and thirty second intro was... The summit worked to pull together some people and bring a coaching client to me. And I realized just a day or two ago like like really hit me. "Like wait a minute. Like the summit kind of worked." Not as in a bigger scale as I want but a couple of people literally reached out to me directly like someone I've never met and then a couple people that I do know indirectly.

And then also over the last couple of weeks some new leads have trickled to me through the summit. So people have registered for the summit and now they're in the queue. so my the what I'm questioning is. Is if I stuck with that plan... stuck with that idea... like I'm still... I'm not far enough away from it that I can't get back to it and not be distracted by the shiny object of Table Rush. I can put together a measurable questionnaire that I've already created I can clean it up it's super cool. That could be my software to. Wow. Holy mackerel kinda cools things could come from that. Just hits me as I'm talking about this.

A lot of activity this morning. Dogs barking. Thank goodness. Will this be an episode? Welcome to the entrepreneurial journey, people. Welcome to the entrepreneur...my... Mischa's recent entrepreneurial journey that sure does seem to be self serving. Holy mackerel, who knows?

Anyhow, it's like my daily diary that's just exposed for the world to see. How fun is that. At some point, the five year for me now is just going to be so dialed in just these concise episodes that are... your three step process to this five step process to that. Oh my gosh is ludicrous. Anyhow, I think you'd get what I'm saying. Thank you for listening. I appreciate you. Thank you for being a part of my process.

So I'm standing in traffic. I'm going to try and get to the point to set you free from this episode. But I think perhaps a "find your why coarse" or a "find your why challenge" is definitely an order. And perhaps I don't need to rename everything. And I can let go of my fears around... Ah who knows? Who knows more will be revealed PEACE OUT
