Okay, part three class with Russell Brunson today. class with Russell Brunson. Mr. Russell Brunson was dropping all sorts of knowledge bombs. On class today, there was 3035 of us. And all of us, were free to ask questions of him, run scenarios by him on our businesses on what we're up to, and get direct feedback. Now, Russell Bronson's built some amazing businesses, super successful ton of knowledge, a leader in the direct response marketing space. So having access to that, and being able to hang out with somebody of that caliber caliber. Who is giving you direct feedback is very powerful. So that's what I'm going to talk about, listen in. This is going to be a great episode.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Okay, I'm back part three, part one, I framed a little bit of what the to cc x is, how I'm loving coaching, really diving in more in my life than ever, about coaching, and what funnels are all that sorts of stuff. Part Two was John parks and the four Facebook campaigns he would do today, if he was starting a new venture. So go back and listen to episode two of this little series, because it's awesome. It's awesome. Like, you might already know the information. Maybe it just remind you, or you might not know it, and you'll learn something good. So Part Three now, Russell Brunson. So what can I say?
Mischa Zvegintzov
There was 35 of us on the call today. And there he is smiling. Smiling away. Super authentic, super open. You know, little star struck all of us, of course, just because we're getting to answer we were getting to ask legit business questions of someone who is top of their game in this arena. So that's a little bit of the what I would call the star struck miss. I, on this call, had no questions for him and was just learning taking it in being super inspired. There's people doing awesome things, building really cool businesses getting direct feedback to accelerate the growth of their business. So headlines like here's the here's a good headline. Really what this this one about was to what this episode about was, excuse me what this?
Mischa Zvegintzov
Let me just, gosh, I'm nervous about this episode. I don't know. I don't want to blow and I want to make sure it's all perfect. And so super messy action. But I'll get to a couple of specific things. He said in a moment. I just really wanted to, you know, just say hey, like, he he's, he's giving his experience and we get to play in that arena. And it's super fun, and ton of fun. I asked him a question on a different call one time got a great answer. It was actually about my buddy's sunglass company. And a strategy for growth and sells and sales. Through it by me said oh, yeah, that's great. Name some people who were doing like, ideas was like, have your buddy do it get after it. Go execute. I was like, damn. So that was super fun.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Anyway, today. He gave some people some great advice. I'm I want to look through my notes here and see if I can see specific examples. What he did was so somebody was creating a webinar. And he was helping make the results more tangible, like exciting. So one was, one was like. Hey, if you're talking to two moms who you know have a certain type. What's exciting to them is that they can stay in their pajamas. So you can do X, X and X without even leaving your house and staying in your pajamas. And it clearly was a great headline for that section. So super fun. We're getting all sorts of those little nuggets, little bombs in there. But the way it all started today was he said hey, you know, challenges are all the rage right now just in case. you're unaware. Lots of challenges going on. Like if you're rooting around on the internet, you're gonna see a five day challenge for this a four day challenge for that, you know, five day challenge, get your life together four day challenge, find the relationship of your dreams, five day challenge. You know, learn how to eat better. Whatever, all sorts of cool five day challenges, build a better cake bake a better cake challenge. Excuse me. And he's he said, Hey, you know, in this space right now from what he sees, you know, there's a there's a common theme on successful challenges on successful webinars on successful sales letters on successful email campaigns. He said, basically, Russell says, Hey, I've got this perfect webinar script. And it applies to all of this stuff.
Mischa Zvegintzov
So anybody listening go buy dot com secrets, or read around on the interweb. And you can google perfect webinar script, I'm sure it will show up. But there's five components to the perfect webinar script. There's your origin story, which is composed of a bunch of things, but it's one basically how you learned it and earned it and, and how, you know, this thing, you've got the so great, right, this product offering, it's the best thing since sliced bread. And actually, hopefully, you believe it if you're selling it. And then you've got secret one, which is you address any concerns that somebody would have, again, a towards your vehicle, or the product, secret two is an internal false belief, like I can't do it because I I'm, I'm not smart enough, or who knows, I don't have enough money, blah, blah, blah. The secret. Three is the external false belief. And that's like, oh, you know, my friends will think I'm crazy for signing up or things like that. So you knock down all those objections. Day five is the stack and the close where you you, you go, Hey, this is what I have to offer you, there's a certain method to do it. But you you make your offer to buy your like, here, buy my stuff. It's amazing. I just told you how I found it. I told you what it is and how these false beliefs that you have that it won't work? No, that's not true. It will work. And then you you know, you're like and and actually, you are smart enough to do it. And then you know what, you don't need to worry about your wife because she's gonna be so happy when you're making all this money. And then here's the great deal I have for you.
Mischa Zvegintzov
So there's those five things and so on a challenge. There's your five day challenge, right? Day one, origin story, day two, day 345, right. Or if you're doing an email sequence to sell something, it's, here's a great way to do it. day one, day two, day three, day four, day five on your five day email sequence. And so it was really cool to hear him talk about that and give different examples. And again, this is all common knowledge you can you can go find it if you'd like track it down.com secrets. You can google Russell Brunson. He's got all sorts of great commentary. You know, he's got his marketing secrets podcast. He's got YouTube channels out there. There's all kinds of disciples out there. Obviously, I'm talking about it. I'm all in. I'm in this coaching group. But he went on to say, hey, the psych, the psychology behind it is the same. The perfect webinar is the selling sequence. It's a selling sequence for selling one to many. And it's good for all things for webinars for via cells or video sales letters. For email sequences. Again, I already talked about that. But this perfect webinar framework, other people will call it other things in different markets, other people have different names for it, but Russell's framework I love I love the way he talks about it, it resonates with me. So therefore I'm in the Russell Brunson environment.
Mischa Zvegintzov
But the perfect webinar is the framework for one to many selling and I'm all in on this idea I want to master as well. One to many selling and I want to help other people do that. I want to I want to help people. Help people. Right? I want to help people help people.
Mischa Zvegintzov
So a really cool part today. Thank you for listening to that. Was he gave he gave some specific examples of, of like, when your webinar isn't working, or this the three main reasons why your selling sequence isn't working, is like, I've looked at 1000s of offers, right? And hundreds and 1000s of webinars, email sequences and video sales letters and all these things. And he says it comes down to the three main things.
Mischa Zvegintzov
First, your offers no good. like your offers no good, it doesn't matter how great your story is, your offers no good.
Mischa Zvegintzov
And Two is that you're teaching too much. You're you're teaching the tactics, right, the goal of a good sales letter of a good a good email sequence of a good webinar of a webinar is to inspire somebody. To be like, Oh, my gosh, I need to learn these tactics. Like you influence their thinking, you change their perspective, which is so powerful, you're like here, here's a new perspective, sign up, you'll get the tactics and you can have success. I love that idea. I love this. I love the stuff that I'm talking about with you right now. I'm all in on it, obviously, because I'm talking about it. And so what happens is, as coaches or as experts, or as people trying to sell stuff, oftentimes you can get into teach mode. And he said, so you know, when you're in teaching mode. Either one, the people get overwhelmed. Or two, they're like, sweet, I know what to do now. I don't need to buy this product. So if you step into teacher mode, you're overselling. Or you're over teaching, and our job is to inspire. So I love that.
Mischa Zvegintzov
And number three, is the hooks aren't correct? The hooks are no good. So your whatever you're doing to draw people in to draw attention to you is are no good. And those are the three main things.
Mischa Zvegintzov
That's how we started the conversation today. And, you know, we laid out the frameworks. And then we we dove into it with people who were who had created challenges. So we looked at a bunch of challenges. We looked at some webinars, we look, we got to hear great stories of success around every twist and turn, we got inspiring nuggets. So again, I hope this was valuable. I just, I just you know, my coach encouraged me, because I was going on this one day, I just interviewed this. This woman, Julie, she's amazing. So but how I met Julie was on one of the one of the group coaching calls this open classroom and and Julie and I were on one of these calls with Russell and I was literally telling Julie, I'm like, This is ridiculous. Vince was taking a break. So I'm like, This is insane. Julie, like we get to hang out and be and be like, interacting with a billionaire. I don't know if he's a billionaire or not. Dude's worth a ton of money. He's had a ton of success. But I'm like, This is crazy. She's like, Yeah, this is insane. Right? Like, we have legitimate FaceTime with the dude who's at the top of his game and open and nice and giving. And it's like what it is so cool. And Vince is like, Well, why don't you do a monologue of of those of that experience, right? Like you what great fodder, what great content. And so that's what led to this. Thanks, Vince. Thanks, Russell. Thanks, Julie. Love to all. Thank you for listening. Hope you found some value here. That is the end of part three. I think I have pontificated enough love to all

I was on a class today with Head of FaceBook ads ClickFunnels John Parks and he broke down the four FaceBook ad campaigns you should have in place when you start a new venture. John is a genius and has a ton of success with facebook ads. I took notes and go into detail on the below. You should listen.
Key notes: What FaceBook sells is a spot on someones newsfeed. It’s an auction. Secret #1 Hidden interests are the inexpensive ads. Niche down on the interests.
Ad Campaign #1. A Warm Audience Campaign. Should be in the hundreds or more.
Ad Campaign #2. An interest exploration campaign. An interest based campaign. Stay specific. There is less auction-ability on the search terms. He gave a us an amazing tool to stay specific. www.interestexplorer.io.
Ad Campaign #3. “CBO”. Stands for Campaign budget optimization. A look alike campaign. ex whomever’s buying from your ad. Remember garbage in garbage out. Secret #2 was always change something by creating a copy of it, not by adjusting something that is working.
Ad Campaign #4: A retargeting campaign. What do you want to retarget? aka remarket. Remarket to the people who did not take the next step!
The next episode will be the bombs that Russell Brunson was talking about.
Now go sell something!

Alright, ads with John parks. Part two. I was this was supposed to be part one, but I went on a I went in a little bit of detail about how I ended up in the to cc x. And what it's all about. So again, this episode. Oh my gosh, I'm not sure if that little bit is going to make, make the make the the podcast episode the table rush talk show. Okay, here we go try to episode two, take two. If I was to start a new venture today, these are the four campaigns I would have in place, quote unquote, John parks. If I was to start a new venture today, these are the four campaigns I would have in place. And John parks again is I totally okay that I'm making this episode. We're having a bout of insecurity right now. But John parks is does the Facebook ads ads and and strategy for click funnels? So pretty awesome. I was on a call today. So listen into the episode. Enjoy the intro. I'll be right back. All right, can we our table rush talk show, John parks, here you go, I'm going to get to it. If I was to start a new venture today, these are the four campaigns he would have in place. If he were to start a new venture today. These are the four campaigns he would have in place.
Mischa Zvegintzov
And then quickly, Facebook, sells Facebook sell what Facebook sells is a spot on someone's newsfeed. And it's an auction. Okay. And hidden interests are the inexpensive ads. That's how you get, um, this is secret number one. Hidden interests are the inexpensive ads. So you want to niche down on the interests niche down on the interests. So here we go. Number one, a warm audience campaign. If I was to start a new venture today, these are the four campaigns he would have in place.
Mischa Zvegintzov
a warm audience, a warm audience campaign, why do you need it? Why don't Why do you want it? Okay, this is anybody that you already have. So your email list. You know, people who have reached out to you, you've got their phone numbers. Get it in a CSV, comma, the eliminated spreadsheet. And then you can Oh, and this is the other key bit of information, you want it to be in the hundreds or more. So preferably, you've got a few 100 You can upload them into Facebook. And then you can market to them on Facebook, warm audience campaign. So that was his number one. I'd go into more detail. But those were the notes I took.
Mischa Zvegintzov
the second campaign, an interest exploration campaign, an interest based campaign, call it a sandbox, call it an exploratory type, you want to stay specific. And he even gave us an amazing tool. It's called interest explorer.io. Just explorer IO. I am giving you guys the gold here. By the way, we were walking through all this stuff, I got to see all kinds of crazy examples. I'm currently not running any Facebook ads, yet. I am not running any Facebook ads yet for the things that I'm creating.
Mischa Zvegintzov
And just so you know, the goal is this is this is the message we get from Click Funnels and through the coaching is before you start running Facebook ads. In a perfect world, you would have an organic audience. So perhaps you've got a podcast, a YouTube channel, a blog, something like that you're publishing. So you have an audience. And so you can test your products on your audience. And then when you find something that works and you get some stickiness or an offer that converts, then you start running Facebook ads to it. Okay.
Mischa Zvegintzov
So the interest exploration exploration campaign. This is where, you know, Facebook sells a spot on someone's newsfeed, that's an auction. And so, if you're going super broad general and interests. Those terms are the most competitive, hence, most in demand, hence cost the most. So what you want to do is stay specific. And there's tools out there for you to be specific. So for example, if you are going to sell if you had some cool sunglasses to sell, and they were very stylish and they were you know, I'll use my friends example, Tom stern science, Tom, Tom tabash is awesome. He's got stern sunglasses, but also his newest development sought eyewear, and it's awesome, cool 3d printed eyewear. But so for example, Tom, he's, he's got a niche. What's that called, when you can't remember what the term is, but you know, he's got a certain style in mind. Certain, it's the certain person, you know, 30 to 40 years old, certain looks or interests like environmentally conscious, healthy eater, you know, active, you know, extreme sport is not as extreme sports isn't the right word, but just active, active anyway, I could go on and on. But so you would pick fashion sunglasses or sunglasses, you know, you'd find interests that you can niche down with. babbling rambling a little bit, probably not the best example. But you get the idea. You can use the interest Explore tool to suss out hidden interests, and there's less auction ability, so you can get a good deal on your search terms.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Okay, the next one CBO look alike stat. look alike stack. And that's CBO stands for campaign budget optimization. So when you're playing in Facebook ads, you can do campaign as a button campaign budget budget optimization. But the question is, what can you do? Or what do you do the look alike campaign off of? well for example, one thing is you could do off of the people who purchased so whoever's buying from your ad, you can say you can you can do a look alike campaign. So those exact same style of person is marketed marketed to, so you make a look like you make a look alike of your best audience, like your buyer. And remember, garbage in, garbage out. If you do a bad job of niching down and picking all that you're working with garbage, you're gonna get garbage back. And another tip was always change something by creating a copy of it, not by adjusting something that is working. So I thought that was a fantastic little tip for you fledgling and are professional. Facebook ad runners.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Lastly, number four re targeting. You do a re targeting campaign. What do you want to retarget? What do you want to retarget another term for retargeting is Remarketing is remarketing as well. So what are Who do you want to retarget you want to get back in front of people it is about getting back in front of people. So for example, somebody clicked to your website. Or perhaps they even went a step further, they clicked into the website and opted in. But they didn't buy. They didn't take the next step and effect. So you can market to those you can retarget to those people who started the process but didn't finish. So super powerful.
Mischa Zvegintzov
These This is from the mouth of the people who know what the heck they're doing. If you were to start a new venture today, these are the four campaigns to have in place on Facebook ads, a warm audience campaign, upload your current list to to the Facebook, there's a button dude, I thought it was awesome. Then you do an interest exploration campaign and get specific the tool to help you do that is interest explorer.io. Then you're going to create a campaign budget optimization look alike stack a CBO look alike stack that's number three. And number four, is you do a re targeting campaign where you're going where you're RE marketing to the people who opted in, but didn't buy for you example were sent another way they didn't take the next step.
Mischa Zvegintzov
There you go this is this is I hope you found this valuable I hope this is good. I'm super excited to be learning it I can't wait to start applying some of these methods into what I'm doing and please let me know send me an email my my email link is in our is in the show notes. Click on it let me know Yeah, that's great information or where you built up all the hype for that. You know what, to me super valuable. Let me know what you think. Love to all. Next episode, which would be part three will be the bombs that Russell Russell Brunson was talking about. Alright, peace out

I tease the “If you were to start new venture today these are the 4 FaceBook advertising Campaigns that you need to have in place. Courtesy of Click Funnels John Parks. I lay the foundation for that coming episode by telling you my sales history. From boiler room telemarketing in the financials services industry. What was the commodities markets. To tech sales during the Dot Com Boom of the late 90’s 2000. To my mailer campaigns and telemarketing teams from my 15 years in the mortgage business. And I dive into the power of coaching. And investing in a coach. And how in the 2CCX coaching we literally get face time with Russell Brunson.

This episode is about if you were to start a new venture today, these are the four face book campaigns to have in place again, if someone were starting a new venture today, these are the four Facebook campaigns that you need to have in place and these are the Facebook advertising campaigns. So that's what you have to look forward to. I'm going to give you a little bit more of a teaser as well. This comes from none other than John Parkes of of a Click Funnels fame. So I am in the what's called the two comma club X. And it's Russell Brunson and Click Funnels trainee coaching program. It's super cool. It's super awesome. We get to jump on at least a couple of trainings a month and today I got to jump on to one was with John Parkes. He runs Facebook advertising for Click Funnels and they spend a lot of money on Facebook ads and they know what they're doing. So listen in Okay, so here we go. So I was on this training today the the to cc X coaching and this is live training with with John Parkes, who again is I don't know what his title is, but he's doing all the Facebook ads for click funnels. And if you're unfamiliar with Click Funnels, their direct response marketing software, they have some of the great software for that some premier software for that their leaders in the field on giving you the tools you need to thrive with funnels and direct response marketing on the interweb. Lots of cool stuff. I don't know if I want to go down this rabbit hole time check. And this is definitely part one. Anyhow, so click funnels. Google it. If you're unfamiliar with Click Funnels, Google Click Funnels, Google, Russell Brunson hack, Google, John parks, you know, Google funnel marketing. And you will see some really cool stuff. These guys again, are leaders in the game on on online marketing, for their style. There's other players as well. But where do I want to go with this?
Mischa Zvegintzov
And when when I say funnels, we don't want to confuse like a traditional sales funnel. Right? I'm a I'm a sales guy. Love sales. I was in sales as a career for 20 years. First, as financial services as a retail commodities broker, boiler room. Telemarketing basically is what that was. That's how I cut my teeth. Do I say that proudly. Um, other than that, I survived it. And I tried to do it. It's just that that's a crazy business said with love. So I got to do that for two or three years. I have a ton of stories around that. But I cut my teeth on old school, boiler room, telemarketing, and then got hired out of there into the two thousand.com bubble and got to sell tech products data colocation for a few years. And that's where I went started doing door to door I would do I would do phone campaigns, and then also door to door sales. So I was walking into the dot coms in the San Francisco Bay Area. asking to speak speak to the you know, the CEO, the CTO, the general manager, CTO, Chief Technology Officer, CIO, Chief Information Officers, all these all these C titles, and they were all over the place the money was flowing.
Mischa Zvegintzov
But I got to learn how to sell walking in and asking to meet people. And I did that for a few years. And then serendipitously, that means by a stroke of luck, and but grudgingly in 2001 tail end of 2001. I ended up in mortgage as a home loan officer was the only job I could get. My brother in law was a manager I'm a Wells Fargo home loan office in Oceanside, California. So from San Francisco barrier Bay Area to Oceanside to where I worked to North County, San Diego, which is Encinitas, Carlsbad Del Mar all that area. That's where I landed and thrived in home loans for 15 years. There you go. There's there's the picture. Thank you for listening to that. But I laid that as the framework of sales. Like in in mortgages, I was running teams of telemarketers doing a ton of telemarketing on my own, lots of mailers to generate to get the phone to ring. You know, emails, all that stuff. But you talk about sales funnels, but a traditional sales funnel like you call 120 people and then you know, 10 are interested and then you know, to say yes, and x say no, and you've got this funnel, right and you follow up, follow up, follow up, and it's like that traditional sales funnel. Some people have longer sales cycles. I did best I do best in short sales cycles, it seems spent more of that funnel so but we've got funnels in tech land, or on in the on the interwebs sales funnels. And what happens is somebody goes onto the landing page, hopefully you craft a good story that entices them to, to, you know, to buy and then there's upsells and down cells and all sorts of things to funnel or you tell the story and then somebody books a sales call. So there's, you know, there's lead funnels, sales funnels, application funnels, card funnels, all these funnels designed to maximize sales and maximize interaction with your customers and I love it. I think it's a lot of fun. I think it's a great way to sell I'm all in on it. I love it. I three years ago, four years ago, I stumbled across Russell Brunson you know.com secrets and launch I never got this book though. But someone recommended launch. But I was in the middle of getting my kids through high school so I was a stay at home dad being single stay at home dad being in was clear now was not the time. Then wasn't the time. A couple more serendipitous events, Lucky, lucky events, coincidental events. That's what serendipitous is like saying coincidental. I ended up a year ago in in Russell Brunson land because he's one of the best marketers in the world. Wow. This is gonna be like a four part of four part a four part series but I just want to lay the foundation of where am I going? That yeah, so year and a half ago ish. I was like yeah, now's the time kids are out of high school. It's time for me shoes creativity to re rebirth in funnel land, internet land, definitely no desire for me to go back to mortgages for whatever reason, I gave up my seat for good I had a ton of success in mortgages but but I've mentored a one or two people along the way just helped get them going. And and but not my time to be in that business anymore. Again, sacrificed my seat or, or gladly gave away my mortgage loan officer seat. So I've been all in the final game for about a little over a little over a year. And again, part of that is being in the two comma club X. You can Google that too. You could literally type in the number to see see x and see what comes up. It's an awesome coaching program.
Mischa Zvegintzov
I will get to John parks and the the Facebook campaign stuff but perhaps we're gonna have to wait for another episode till episode two. Because I want to talk about the power of coaching, the power of coaching and the power of a good you know, mastermind style group. Now this the two CCS is his is the second that Russell Brunson also has his inner circle. So that's like the highest level that's for the the super achievers, the super successful ones that are they've hit a certain their businesses hit a certain level, and you are having success, you know how to craft a story, you know how to sell, and your product serves a niche very well. When you land in the inner circle for sure. You are, you're you're figured it out? Well, like you're not cheap. Anyhow, I just say that just to again, set the groundwork for what I'm talking about what's going on? And so coaching. So first time in my life, I've really invested in a coach and and coaching to this level. But it's expensive. It's it's a but it's powerful. What can I say? You know, the investing in yourself. Like, I was more of a loan operator, and I bought lots of tapes and courses. I would I've done many of those. As far as my business career is, excuse me is concerned. But I never like took the next level where you got personal coaching. And so what else can I say about that? And I've had great mentors. I Darrin, my mentor in the loan business. Amazing. Like, wow, he laid the foundation for me to have a ton of success and just kissed a good good now and really just show. I don't know what else to say. So I've had great mentors along the way in the, in the in, you know, financial services, met a couple of good guys. One guy just really, yeah, I what's his name, I can't remember it's a while ago. And if I had this episode more together, I would tell you specifically what I learned from them. But I'll save that. I'll save that for other episodes. But I've never done like that paid for coaching. So all the mentors I've had in sales and business have been within the company, and which is awesome. And then you know Zig Ziglar I was all in on Zig Ziglar and all that era of tapes and courses and all those things so Holy Toledo. So now I'm have invested in the TCC acts and act just the knowledge and the access to people who are really good at what they do top of their game. Who are you know, people to learn from the the networking, it's crazy. It's awesome. I was on a call with the Facebook. You know the dude who does Facebook marketing for for click funnels. That's a big budget, I tell you what the budget is the monthly budget. It's a lot. So, yeah, anyway, I'm gonna end that episode with this and say, hey, it's where it was where I am. It's, it's the people I'm hanging out with. There'll be a part of the this little 1234 part series where, you know, I'll talk about the the coaching class I was on with Russell Brunson. There was 30 of us on there, like chatting with Russell Brunson. And then people who had specific questions about what they were doing, got to talk with Russell and get inspired genius ideas, and there's dialogue going back and forth. And I'm sure you've seen the videos going around but
Mischa Zvegintzov
but, you know, Russell and his in his company, you know, the people that he started it with, I think they were offered over a billion dollars for their company and they turned it down. And so these are like, serious, seriously smart marketers and business people. If that doesn't get you excited, then I don't know. I don't know what else to do to open the loop. But I'm going to talk about what I learned today and and share it with you. There you go. So that's part one. Listen to part at least two and three because we're going to have John Parkes part two and most likely Russell Brunson. Part three, and perhaps apart for but anyway, there you go. Enjoy the day and listen to the next two episodes for sure. Peace out love to all

It is offer day. I am sending out an offer! Giving someone an opportunity to purchase my services. Giving someone the opportunity to say “yes, I want your help.” I will get to bring some frameworks and help with strategy, funnel build, copy, offers, one time offers, VIP Upsells, order bumps. …The idea of manufacturing being “Goods”. And info products and expert services, being goods. So is all manufacturing. Just not in the traditional sense. I have some new awareness in this regard and it’ very empowering.

It is offer day. So excited offer day, I am sending out an offer to somebody, a quote a what is it a scope of work, giving somebody an opportunity to purchase my services. So this is a big, big day, it's what I'm going to talk about.
Mischa Zvegintzov
So yes, a big day, I'm putting out a purchase order or a scope of work or giving somebody the opportunity to say, yes, I want your help. And this is in regard to producing to produce producing a virtual Summit, I'm going to help somebody. Perhaps Stacey, a Stacy, if you're listening to this, I'm sending her over an offer. She's very excited to create a virtual summit to serve her clients to serve our advertisers to generate revenue for herself. And she's very excited to have me you know, bring my bring the frameworks that I know like, here's, here's how and when and what to do and my strategy and my excitement and and my copy ability, my help her with her copy her offers her one time offers her what's it called? You know, the VIP upsells? The what's the one thing the order bumps? Yeah, super cool, super exciting, to be able to give her templates, email templates, you know, build, provide the build out of the registration page, the membership area, the speaker, invite landing page, all these fun things. And hopefully make it a win win, hopefully, make it a win win. Win for everybody. The customer, the you know, the summit registering advertisers, the sponsors, the speakers, Stacy and myself and create so much value. Actually, I know it's super fun co creating with the universe to where we're in effect manufacturing stuff. There was an episode I wish I could remember the number. But I love this concept of I had this moment of clarity. Where there's sort of the not sort of an old story that I used to hear a lot and that is perpetrated, oftentimes is this idea of manufacturing. And manufacturing is ending up in you know, the manufacturing of goods is being offshored and has been for decades, at this point. So people who make cars and plastic things and clothes and all this stuff is ending up in China and Taiwan or not is ending up has ended up right now. It's just shifting from from country to country, depending on who has the the least expensive workforce anyway, not here to get political. I'm really here to say that ideas, online, books, courses, experts stuff is all manufacturing. Not traditional. But it is it's it's real stuff. Not in the traditional sense, but we are adding real things. So who cares, perhaps that I was stuck in a mindset of gotta be creating a physical product to add to, like, the creating of the physical product is the is the part like that's the only type of manufacturing I'm gonna say not true. Services are indeed manufactured and real stuff. That adds to it GDP and that's okay. Perhaps is the physical manufacturing of goods and services. Manufacturing of physical goods and services is offshored. Stays offshored or whatever ebbs and flows
Mischa Zvegintzov
that we've been that the services is okay. Like, that's okay. My mentors back in the day we're like, that's not okay. It's got to be physical. Thanks for that rant. done there. Now, what the heck was I talking about? Give me a second. Oh, yes, making an offer the summit. So lots of revenue opportunities to layer on super exciting. Hopefully, Stacy will say yes. And we create an awesome summit experience over the next four months. But I'm getting that offer out, I am getting that offer out to Stacey. Today. This is exciting. It's like my first official client. Technically, it's the second one, there was a first one in the mortgage business. This is, I don't know. Doesn't matter a year ago? I'm just not so in the mortgages. Right. Now, let's say I won't be back in that space. But yes, so it's offered a very excited to have that offer go out. And to help her and to put my bring my old school sensibilities, strategies, methods into the new school. And yeah, so I get to help her with that. The funnel build the copy the offers the Systemising of the speaker invites, I can help her edit, edit up the the the interviews, you know, get the get the the intro music, the you know, the, the segways, the fades, the fade ins and fade outs, all this stuff. I think you get what I'm saying. But very excited. We'll see. Offer day, big day, very exciting. Common, the combination of lots of messy action and putting effort forward and getting the opportunity to serve and help somebody that arrived from not where I expected. And I love that and I've talked about that before. And I'll remind everybody again, that we get to put the effort out there and oftentimes the opportunity doesn't come directly from that effort ie your telemarketing to a certain list and that's where do you expect your sales opportunity to come from when all of a sudden since you're putting that energy out there sales are opportunities start coming from a different direction a different channel a different relationships. So I'm experiencing that again now. I got past the eight minute mark. Love to all. Keep at it. Keep taking the messy action. God bless

Keep doing the work. Keep putting yourself out there if you’re inspired to do it. Because you never know who you are going to inspire. Or where your inspiration is going to come from. The parallels between my success and what I did in mortgages and what I am doing now are starting to surface. “God how would you have me be?” “…remain calm, peaceful, loving as you aren't getting what you want, when you want, it .” I can help people have fun on this adventure. I will hold true to that. If you're inspired, like trust, do the work that's being laid in front of you

Okay. Checklist. blow my nose. Yes. Cleared the frog in my throat. Yes. time check. Yes. Content, yes. A liquid available to take a sip if you're getting if you're, if your throat gets scratchy check. This was from yesterday's episode my checklist episode. That's not what this episode is about.
Ah, this episode is about hum. Keep doing the work. Keep putting yourself out there if you're inspired to do it, and you're, you know, you've been called by the universe. the universe, in your co creation efforts has said, you get to put yourself out there. Keep at it. Because you never know where you're going to inspire somebody and where the opportunity for next steps will come from. and, and what not only inspire somebody else but where your inspiration will come from where my inspiration will come from. and I have seen this so much in sales. When I was in sales, telemarketing, sending out flyers getting the phone to ring. Trying to you know, build referral partnerships. This was in mortgages. In essence, I'm trying to do the same thing now online direct response marketing. And I realize that more and more how the parallels are there. And oh my gosh, I had my perfect, I was really good at finding my niche in the mortgage business like that perfect customer. in that avatar. And in, in internet land, the web a sphere. It's this avatar, this perfect customer, you know that those are the terms that are bandied about. Like I had that I was really good at dialing that in mortgages and and then I was really good at testing marketing campaigns and then tweaking them. This is with direct mail and with the rebuttal process.
Oh my gosh, totally forgot. Well, yes, yes, yes, yes. So I won't edit that spot out. So what I learned what I've learned from my sales career, 15 years in mortgages, tech sales before that, a good what, three years, four years, something I've lost track. Before that it was financial services for a couple of years. And then before that, I was in the rave DJ business, which is crazy. But that was out of college. And then I did other entrepreneurial endeavors before that. But where I started to have, you know, three or four years of doing some thing. You put the effort out there and you get results, but oftentimes not where we think it's from, you put the effort out there. The the action creates, what is it like the energy you put out there creates results, just oftentimes where we were where we don't know where it's gonna come from.
Anybody listening, I just want to encourage you to remember that and perhaps you know, there's it'd be so fun to know that like Russell Brunson was listening to this episode. Russell, if you're listening to this episode, gosh, I hope you are. Remember, remember, and I'm sure you know this, but I'm going to tell you too, because we all need a reminder. Put the energy out there you don't know where the the give back the the the response from the universe is going to come from so. I'm in the middle of that experience right now. I am in the middle of that experience right now. I you know, I've been diligently asking the universe, how can I be of service? What can I bring to the table? Like how can I be of service in my entrepreneurial endeavor? How can I be of service? When I start to get frustrated, because it can get frustrating? I revert back to Alright, God, how can I be of service? Like, how can I be of service here? How would you have me be of service? Like, who would you have me work with? What would you have me do? And there's also the latter, like, how would you have me be? It's another great little thing? Like, how would you have me be in this fire in this madness in this growth? In this journey? And for me, how would you have me be? And God, the universe, like, remain calm, peaceful, loving as you aren't getting what you want, when you want it. Looks like follows. product ideas, offer ideas.
Things like that, like, you get to be peaceful, you get to not take that frustration out on those around you, those you love. People at the grocery store, whatever on your walks. And as a matter of fact, I'm going to level you up Mischa, this is what the universe is doing. And guess what? Perhaps you won't even be frustrated. You'll be peaceful in your frustration. The frustration will perhaps melt away and you will love and embrace the journey you will have moments of so it's so fun. Yeah, which reminds me of another diversion. I'm going to save it for another episode. But this idea of I'm working with I'm in the two comma club x, right? And then I will say ideas. And I'll be challenged on those ideas. And this just hit me will be challenged on those ideas. And they'll go Oh, yeah, you're right. Maybe that isn't the right idea. Or that isn't who my customer perfect customer is or that isn't how I want to serve. And I realized that sometimes when I'm convicted, I'm like, oh, no, that is the message I want to bring. That is how I want to serve. Like the coaches go, okay, cool. Good. Just testing. Just checking. Just checking. And I realized that like, Thank you for listening to my left's and rights here.
But I realized part of what I want to do, the people that I want to work with and what I want to help people do is have fun. Like I'm having a lot of fun, but you can have fun whether you're making a lot of money or no money. whether your whatever part of the process you read, it can be fun. And a coach challenged me "that's not right". He didn't say that's not right. What I heard him say it was an effect. He said, Look, don't worry about the fun. People just want to get stuff done. And I was like, Oh, you're right. But then it hit me over the last few days. And it's really obviously I'm talking about it right here right now solidified. No! It is about bringing fun... about like I've been in get stuff done mode and had a lot of my journey being that. But hey man gotta learn how to have fun. even when it feels like it's not fun. oh my gosh, I'm so all over the place. I haven't even gotten to to the part of the nugget the universe gave me like I've been putting out all this effort and who can I serve? And how can I help and what would you have me do and trying to create offers and you know, keep working at it and and I can feel like I'm so behind. And I talked about that that woman Stacy who wants to partner up on some stuff and CO create. and maybe do do some summit stuff together. and and how I thought that... intuitionally bright I sent out that text I don't know what episode it was a few episodes ago. I sent out this text. Who do you know who meets this criteria? Who I can interview and it triggered a response from Stacy. And I knew it in the moment. I was like, oh, yeah, there's that was this is a turning point. And I was hyper aware of it. And it is turning out to be a turning point. I'm creating an offer for her. Actually, here's my offer to you of how I can help you.
That first nugget of inspiration where I was like, oh, yeah, there's something here. Have your sip of water available your liquid, I'm taking that sip. It's not necessarily what I thought it was gonna be. But it's definitely momentum in a certain direction. I'm being ambiguous. I'm being vague. I'm trying to open a loop. I'm hoping that you're so interested and excited right now. You're like, oh, my gosh, tell me more. What is it what's going on? I will tell you in the next episode. I will tell you on the next episode. but just know that again, I'm going to reiterate, like keep putting the work in. It's fun for me, I'm having fun. A lot of times, I'm having fun. So when I say work, work can be fun people. But keep putting the effort out there. And the energy will come back, the response, the the leads, the business, the ideas, whatever we're hoping to create, will come back to us just perhaps, happens to me all the time, not where I thought it was from. So all buttoned up and end this episode with this. in the mortgage business. When I would start getting ready to put a new campaign, like a direct mail campaign out to the out to the world, I do my zip code searches, I do my you know, refine it down. find the perfect homes that had certain types of loans. That were not Wells Fargo loans, because I worked for Wells Fargo, or that weren't like brokered loads. So all kinds of cool stuff you can do to it doesn't matter.
I would start getting business from other sources inevitably, like right in that creative process, I'm putting that energy out there to to help people with loans, I'd find my niche. And I was I had the same process in the home loan business. How can I be of service whenever I get frustrated, I'm not making enough things aren't going right. revert back to how can I be of service? What can I bring to the table? Universe was like you get to do home loans, and you get to be of service in this regard. And the niches would manifest the business would manifest it start putting together campaigns. Referrals would start coming from somewhere else. Old customers might start showing up things like that, or like a new niche would pop out of nowhere. I'd be like, Oh my gosh, I'm working on this. And the universe is like, Oh, well. Look over here and shine a flashlight over there. Like oh my god, this is amazing.
So I'm gonna encourage everybody, no matter what stage you're in, keep keep putting the effort in. If you're inspired, like trust, do the work that's being laid in front of you. Ah, and on the next episode or somewhere soon I will tell you about what's happening with Stacy Stacy if you're listening to this, love you. We are having fun right now. Oh my gosh, we are having so much fun Stacy and I are co creating with the universe. All she's gonna crush. She's gonna crush she's gonna do so good. With our little project. Anyhow, love to all

Excuse me, Oh, I did a checklist, by the way, oh, yes, we could do a checklist was looking at episode styles. There is an educational style. And we could do a checklist. I seem to be doing a lot of what happened today. And perhaps inspirational and ideas. I don't know sometimes I think I'm being inspirational, but I'm probably deluding myself. Or enlightening and thought provoking. It's what I like to think I'm up to. Who knows, who knows. Definitely a fan of what happened today. These are all content styles. Where was I? Checklists. Time checkI I'm checking the time as well. Keep my my ramblings to eight to 10 minutes, please. That could be part of a checklist as well keep your ramblings to eight to 10 minute on your talk show, podcast or YouTube channel for your daily episodes. As then it is easier to take notes. Or perhaps I should just go longer and not take notes. But I like the Note process.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Checklist before you start your podcast, YouTube, whatever anything, perhaps audio and or visual, have your checklist of... to go through before you hit start. So we could say time check. do a time check. So when you look at the clock, you can know how long it's taking. I find that when I am on Zoom, I lose track of time when it's on the computer, because the clock isn't front and center and it isn't showing you how long it's been going on. Versus if I record on my phone with the motive app. Here's a little plug for the Sure. And v 88. Marry Victor 88. The shirt MV 88. It's kind of lightning collect lightning connector, the sure MBA plus as the as the whatever the Android connector is, anyway, the app is super cool because it shows you a timer front and center. So you know exactly how long you're going. You've been pontificating, telling your story, educating, inspiring, "FAQ'ing" frequently asked questions during q&a'ing how to'ing check listing all these different sorts of episode styles. If you're a content creator, and you're fledgling, and you don't have the habit yet, I would encourage you to get.com secrets. And he's got episode styles in there. And he's got three core ones that there's like a total of what is it 1-234-567-8910 11. There's 11 types that you can do to help you be creative and get a get an episode out every day.
Mischa Zvegintzov
So checklist. Check the time. Next, blow your nose probably not what you have in here. Again, checklist for starting your way to start your episode for the day. Or whenever you're recording checklist to start recording your audio slash and our video episode. I did number one, check the time. Number two, blow your nose. I can have a stuffy nose. as you get older. It's so funny. When I was younger, and I used to see you know the old guys and I think this was like a 50s 60s 70s thing. Definitely generational thing. They would have their period their snot rags as we call them. They'd have their snot rags, right it's like that's nasty. But as you get older, as I have gotten older, I like to have a and do more and more yoga and meditation and and I'm aware of my breathing I like to have a clear nose. And I think I sound better. And it's all about sounding better on the medium. So hence below your nose. There you go. But as I look around I, I have tissue boxes around the house now so I can blow my nose. And I actually started blowing my nose right when I go to bed. Oh my god, I sleep better. I have such a How can it it took me till I was what 50 I'm 53 as I record this I started in earnest blowing my nose before I went to bed about a year ago. Change my sleeping telling you people anyway, sometimes I remember to check the time, blow your nose.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Have. Number three have some liquid available. So you can take a sip of water while you're talking in case your throat gets scratchy or something like that, it's nice to have something to sip. Which so check the time, low your nose, have your liquid ready. And I would say 3B clear your throat or maybe that could be for like if you have a little your fruits a little. Your throat is a little froggy. Clear it first. Oftentimes I'll hit start in a rush. I'm all inspired and I hit start. And I realize oh my gosh, I haven't blown my nose my throats a little froggy. Okay, there we go. What else? What else is there?
Mischa Zvegintzov
What other tips do I have for you from when you start? Oh. Make sure you hit record. And lastly, make sure you hit record. I just had the best rant. This was the other a couple episodes ago, where I started with try two. But I had not hit record. I had not hit record. And so I went on this what I thought was an amazing episode. And I was shocked at the end when I realized I didn't hit record. I have another one for you step checklist number five. So what was it check the time. Blow your nose, have your liquid your sipping liquid available. Number four, or three be let's just call it for clear, clear your throat. Number five, make sure you hit record. That actually should be the end one. So maybe it doesn't matter.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Another another part of your checklist. If you're going to reference content, have it available. I find that I will reference content a lot and I don't have it available. And it's can be much cooler if I can. Excuse me, there's that frog I was referencing you can crack the book to the page and reference what you've learned what's inspired you all these things? time check. I am in a mood these past few episodes. It's a lot of fun. You know what I've been doing them from the desk. I went through this phase recently where I was recording while I was walking a bunch. So it's super fun to be recording from the desk.
Mischa Zvegintzov
I'm going to end with this. So there's my checklist for you. We could probably add some more things in there. When I do the show notes. I will create a checklist because I think it's pretty awesome oh yeah. When I did that read the other day and I didn't record it. It was like Darn it. There was one bit that I wanted to reference and when I did the episode, but I remembered to hit record. And it was this, gen xers this could be a whole nother episode, I should probably save it, but I'll say it now. Gen Xers I believe we used to call it baggage when you had family baggage or relationship strife or whatever. And now the new generations started calling it trauma or perhaps us Gen Xers. Perhaps us Gen Xers wanted a new name so we started calling it trauma. Not obviously me. Some Gen Xers. Oh my gosh I want to go on about narcissists and the narcissist haters, but I want obviously these two things for another episode love to all Peace out. There's my checklist

This episode is about the attractive character try two! And don’t worry I button it all together! Was riffing to the void for 10 minutes. As you tell your stories are you the leader? The adventurer/crusader? The reporter/evangelist? Or number four, the reluctant hero? A discussion of the narcissist bit. I was thinking the people that are calling out the narcissists are clearly narcissists themselves. “Guide them somewhere! Guide them somewhere!” …Like Jesus! I’m trying to figure out what I got to sell. The Hoffman Process and Self Love. The universe gives me a nugget. “I love your emails, you never know what you're gonna get. It’s like going on an adventure with you.”

Daily episode try two! Daily episode try two. I actually should have known that I wasn't recording before because I didn't hear the the Zoom ask or tell me "recording in process". I just want to make sure I'm recording. I just did the best riff was a good 10 minute juicy content riff. And guess what? I had not hit record. If my son would have been up watching me hate a thought you're insane. You're not recording. You're just talking into into nothing. Into the void. You're just talking to hear yourself talk. Oh Earston narcissist alert narcissist alert.
Mischa Zvegintzov
First off this episode is about the attractive character. It is about the attractive character staying strong and consistent in what you do. Having conviction you know, press on press on. That's my that's my that's my encouragement to you with this episode. And that's going to be around the attractive character and some feedback that I got from somebody that was awesome. I get the best nugget. Um Where am I going with this the attractive character I just had this inspiration blow through my head and I forgot it all. Okay, the attractive character so in Russell Brunson land .com secrets, Funnel Hacking, online marketing, direct response marketing we're telling lots of stories. And and he encourages you to become... to take on your attractive character. And I was just reading about it right now cuz I was referring to it in the in my rant into the void... that crazy people do. But now I have confirmation that I am recording.
Mischa Zvegintzov
And so the attractive character here we go. As you tell your stories are you the leader? The adventurer/crusader? The reporter/evangelist? Or number four, the reluctant hero? And there's elements and storylines and all these things that around it. You know I have been putting out... so I have an email list. Hopefully you're on the email list diligently reading and being inspired by my emails. Once a week right now although we're encouraged to email every day. Geez Luiouse. Send out an email every day and to be selling all the time with that email. Guide them somewhere! Guide them somewhere! like Jesus I'm trying to figure out what I got to sell. Currently, it's just podcast episodes, YouTube channel interviews. And I've got some stuff coming down the pipe I do.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Holy mackerel. Before I go a little bit further on the attractive character. I do want to talk about the narcissist bit. Because it because in my day, I believe we used to kill Okay, okay. All right. I was just remembering what my rant was. Um, first let's talk about the narcissist.
Mischa Zvegintzov
So I was thinking the people that are calling out the narcissists are clearly narcissists themselves clearly. I'm sorry, any, have you how to survive a narcissist? I believe you're a narcissist. I'm just gonna say it. I am just gonna say it. I've had girlfriends along the way. Or friends who are girls because it seems to be girls who are all into the narcissist thing. Perhaps... well and my friend Earston. Oh my god I might have to get how to how to recover from narcissism course.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Oh my god, this is so funny. Anyway, I just I look at the narcissist stuff and and Some of the people who are espousing the narcissists that they have to deal with are espousing it in such a narcissistic way. Are you so self self obsessed that you have no awareness of, of the people about you? That's my honest thought. I'm like, Are you so self self as... Mr. or Mrs. Person who is suggesting others are narcissists, and you have been taken advantage by said narcissists. Are you so self absorbed? That um... isn't that what a narcissist is? They're kind of self absorbed. I'm completely talking out my ass. I apologize.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Oh my gosh, I think you get the point. Back to it the attractive character. So the adventurer. I send out emails, make these podcast episodes, Table Rush Talk Show episodes. And they can kind of go all over the place. They can. They can kind of go all over the place. And I can have insecurity about that. About myself about what I'm up to. And then so a friend was asking me this lady friend was asking me "Hey, lady, friend, I'm sure you'll know the story". If you're listening to this, although you told me that you liked reading my emails, and you're not a podcast person. So and she said to me, as she was asking me advice on something else, she said, I did the Hoffman process back in the day, which is awesome. And and the Hoffman process is just so cool, man. It's awesome. I would encourage anybody to go do it. One of the biggest acts of self love that I've ever done for myself. And that's really when I was like, oh, like spending some money on on me was kind of expensive at the time I think was five or $8,000 or something like that. Not sure if you're a lot the Hoffman process has lots of secrets too. There's lots of secrets about the Hoffman process. It's good it's a good one. But my friend was like Hey, I know you like that. You said it helped you in these areas. I have a friend that would like some help in those areas.
Mischa Zvegintzov
"So what was the thing you went and did up in the bay area?" Was in White Sulphur Springs? "Yeah the Hoffman process"... she said "cool cool". And then she said Hey, by the way I love that email. The Tom email was so sweet. Was so sweet my buddy Tom Hey, Tom. Fledgling narcissist. Said with love Tom said with love. He's got his sunglass company saunt eyewear. It's an eyewear company. And he does make sunglasses along with readers. They're awesome 3d out of castor bean oil. Light. They're amazing. Anyway I had this really cool story with Tom and and I was inspired and a well crafted story. A well crafted email to my email list and a lot of people loved it. And so she said Hey, I love that that that I love that the Tom email. Then she said I just want you to know I love your emails. I read them all the time and and you never know what you're gonna get. And it's just it's like an adventure with you. And I, i i How long is this thing going is episode two but this up.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Also for editing purposes at the end of the more I ramble, the more notes I have to take.
Mischa Zvegintzov
Anyhow. My friend says I just love you know your emails. So there's, there's you never know what you're going to get. It's like going on an adventure with you. And I was like, Oh my gosh, the universe just gave me a beautiful little nugget through my lady friend. About the identity, right like embrace your identity. And currently you know I got you got the adventure. I got some of the adventure going on. Like I'm striking out, try new things and bring it back nuggets for my audience. And I have an avatar. Another side note but on my avatar, Ben and Deidre. This is the perfect customer, the person that I would like to work with the most that I think I can serve best that I'm inspired to, to co create with the universe and have fun with and I've named them Ben and Deidre. I'm looking at them right now kind of printed out on my wall, and has a sense of adventure. That is one of their characteristics, they have a sense of adventure. Also, they like trying new things, and they like a challenge. And there's some other bits and bullet points on these perfect, my perfect customer.
Mischa Zvegintzov
But I'll button this episode up. And let's see if I can make it about you instead of me. Earston I'm practicing. So what this is... I would encourage anybody out there continue on your creative path. For me, it's expressing itself through entrepreneurship right now. Definitely my spirituality expressing itself through my entrepreneurship as well. I encourage you to be yourself and press forward. And if you're feeling inspired to put your word out there keep at it. Keep at it. Try and your as people say we are impacting more people than we know. And we're creating more love than we know that's my I want to create love and CO create with the universe. I want to be in the flow baby. And lastly, thank you for everybody that is out there telling your story, leading the way and and showing me how to do it. That's That's enough. That's enough out of me. Love to all.
