  • Work-Life Balance

The dynamic duo get to talk about all things work life balance including a 5 step process to achieve work life balance, how to balance yourself at work and at home, and tips for maintaining the balance.

    5 Step Process

    1. What is currently causing me stress?
    2. How did that feel? Angry, sad, energized?

    4. Is there anything at work that could be changed to accommodate these new priorities?
    5. They then make a decision based on your answers such as asking for more flexibility, or not taking on every project.
