Im in one of those phases where my brain is just all over the place. Im thinking of numerous things at once and nothing is sorted out. Nothing makes sense and I feel overwhelmed. I wish I could say that I have perfected these three tips but in all honesty, I haven't. It's easier said than done to have well thought out coping mechanisms for stress, but that doesn't mean we should give up and stop trying! These are my top 3 tips for returning to a calmer state of mind.

From the comfort of a condo rooftop in Québec City, me and my sister Lucy answer each others questions! We sat down and placed a TON of questions onto a digital spinner and decided to answer them at random with little to no preparation. wow..It's been a LONG week/weekend. I just got back from vacation and the 9 hour car ride really did a number on me. I hate feeling sleep deprived and when I get tired/burnt out I always find it hard to relax and take it easy. So in honor of me having a hard time relaxing, I figured we should take a moment to invest in ourselves and remind ourselves that we deserve self love and attention. In this episode, I talk about 5 different ways we can invest in our mental and physical well-being. Enjoy!

This episode has been a long time coming. Ive briefly mentioned in previous episodes that I graduated high school early.. but Ive never really talked in depth about my experience or explained what "doubling up" even means. It was this time last year when I sat down with my counselor and officially changed my schedule to become a senior and double up in classes. In honor of last year, I thought now was the perfect time to explain a few things.... In this episode, Im going to be talking all about graduating early. Ill be sharing my tips on what steps you can take to graduate early ( if this is something you are interested in), share and de-bunk some misconceptions, and also talk about the Pro's and Con's of graduating high school in three years. Last but not least, Im going to share my overall experience with being in school and the few mindset shifts Ive had. Also, It's important to note that every state has different rules and requirements for graduation. There are also different factors ( credits, what classes you have/ have not took, grades etc..) that determine if you can graduate early. Anyways, this episode is all about my high school experience and graduating in 3 years. Enjoy <3

Lately, I have realized how often I'm being interrupted and distracted by the notifications on my phone. It's starting to bug me. It's funny because I used to really like getting notifications. It made me feel popular and liked. But now, Im starting to feel like notifications are constantly disturbing my train of thought. I did some research on this topic and came across a TED Talk. The information I found shocked me. Maybe Do Not Disturb should be apart of my daily life? This episode is about my personal experience regarding my phone and notifications and options we have to take control of our focus.
