Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to taking back your life. It’s no secret, we face trials and tribulations every day of our lives. We find ourselves with our backs up against the wall with situations that seem sky-high. We feel helpless, desperate, insecure and unworthy. As a result, we feel stuck. Stuck searching and yearning for some sort of relief. Searching for an out far and wide. But I’m here to tell you that the solution is simple, TAKE BACK YOUR LIFE.

It’s time to stop blaming circumstances and other individuals for the happenings in your life. The greatest battle that you will ever face is the one inside of you. So get out of your own head and fight! Look, you can’t control and/or change what has happened to you in the past, but you can control the stories in your mind that you allow to be perpetuated into your future.

Your mind is your greatest weapon. While everything around may tell you to stop, you must find the will to carry on. The will to be great. The will to block the naysayers. The will to say you are worthy. The will to say you are beautiful. The will to say that it is possible. Find your fight and take back your life! Just like Rachel Platten stated in her hit single, “Fight Song” your fight may be “like a small boat on the ocean, sending big waves into motion. Like how a single word can make a heart open. [You] might only have one match, but [you] can make an explosion." Catch it!
