In episode 27, reigning AMA Motocross 250mx champion and former Sunshine Coast boy Jett Lawrence comes on to talk all things becoming a champ. The 18-year-old became the first Australian to win the 250mx championship over in the US and him and his older brother Hunter Lawrence became the first brothers in AMA history to finish in the top 3 in championship standings. Jett talks about his relationship with his brother and how that drove him to be a better rider and what it was like packing up his belongings at the age of 12 to move to Europe and follow his motocross dream.

In episode 26, Olympian, Australian Rugby 7's and Melbourne Rebels player Joe Pincus comes on to reflect on competing in his first Olympics. Joe talks about the struggles of preparing for an Olympics during a global pandemic, the health protocols that were put in place and what it was like rubbing shoulders with some world renowned superstars in the athletes village. 

In episode 25, Keanos colleague, good friend and the best impersonator Keano has ever heard - Tobias Jurss-Lewis comes on the podcast to talk all things lockdown as the boys struggle to overcome boredom. The boys discuss the Olympics and whether they believe some athletes use performance enhancing drugs, the working from home struggle and Tobi's love for boxing. Tobi also gives the disciples his best Tyson Fury, Johnny Depp and Liverpool fan impersonations and talks about a once in a lifetime experience interviewing and becoming mates with Fred Brophy who runs Australia's most famous travelling boxing tent. 

In episode 24, Keano's good mate and well respected red head Reece Copley comes on board to  be Keano's first guest since moving to the Sunshine Coast. Coppo tell's the disciples a story about how he was stitched up in his first boxing match, what is grinding his gears this week and how his decision on what boarding school he was going to attend - ultimately came down to a stray chicken drumstick. The boys dive into some funny stories from the past, Keano talks about his recent move to the Coast and Coppo talks about his guilty pleasure. 

In episode 23, Keano gets an old friend Corey Rees on to educate the disciples on how the NBA player card market works. Corey gives his thoughts on NFT's, discusses his hate for his roommate and spends most of the episode ripping on the boys good mate Jack Glossop. Corey participates in Keano's trial by elimination "who would you rather have dinner with?" with big hitters such as Denzel Washington, Margot Robbie and Will Smith all candidates to be Corey's date. The boys talk State of Origin, the latest NRL rule changes and how life as a Physio is treating Corey. 

In episode 22, Keano's ole pal Benny Larsen comes on to chew the fat. The boys get into the NRL's crackdown on contact with the head and the high volume of sin bins over the past two weeks and Larso tells the disciples about his first day on the new job as a teachers aid. The boys have a chat about the rise of NFT's, what's grinding Larso's gears and the boys play a little trial by elimination to find out which celebrity Larso wants to take out to dinner - out of a list including Tom Brady, Michael Jordan and Leonardo DiCaprio. 

In the second instalment of the H&J special, Keano and Hchy break down all the latest NRL action. The boys review all Round 8 clashes and break down a few hot topics including Benji Marshall's unreal form, the Broncos being back in the winning circle and the beautiful football being played in Penrith. Keano and Hchy discuss Bryce Cartwrights return to form, the strength of Brian To'o and the boys book their tickets and take their seats on board the Sam Walker train. 

In the first instalment of the H&J Special, Keano gets one of his best mates Hayden Oliver on to break down the latest NRL action. The boys review each game from round 7, preview and give their tips for round 8 and drown in their sorrows as Broncos fans. The boys talk about the special space we find ourselves in as the next generation of superstars enter the league and what the future holds for the new installment of the H&J special on the Take it as Gospel podcast. Keano and Hchy also break down Keanos first negative review and go into detail about Hchy's reign as an age champion in primary school. 

In episode 19, CQ Capras front rower and Keanos good friend Tyler Szepanowski comes on to talk all things life and football. Szeppa goes into his return to Rockhampton to pursue an opportunity to play Queensland Cup. The boys dissect the NRL - including the new rule changes and its impact on player fatigue. Szeppa gives the disciples his documentary suggestions and explains what's grinding his gears this week. Szeppa also delves into his guilty pleasure and the boys tell a few stories about the good old days back at boarding school. 

In episode 18, a hometown friend of Keano and fellow journalist Jaccobe McBride comes on board to talk all things journalism, football and life. The boys discuss the heart break of getting told to rewrite a story because its not up to standards and the positives of learning to cop constructive criticism on the chin. Keano and Cobbes give their thoughts on some of the round 1 clashes in the NRL and Jacobbe makes his grand final and wooden spoon predictions. Cobbes tells the disciples whats grinding his gears, offers some advice to the student listeners and gives his movie, series and book suggestions.
