In episode 7, Papua New Guinea Hunters Head Coach Matt Church (Churchie) joins Keano to talk about coaching an Intrust Super Cup side during the COVID-19 pandemic. Churchie was the assistant coach for the Sunshine Coast Falcons last season as well as the Melbourne Storm U20's side in 2017 and an assistant with the emerging origin side. Churchie talks about his experiences in his first year as a Queensland Cup head coach - while living in a foreign country, PNG's love for Rugby League and the pressures of coaching a side that represents a country who's national sport is Rugby League. Churchie provides some wise words for the viewers, talks coaching philosophies, his passion for player welfare and tells a few stories about Craig Bellamy, Cameron Munster and Justin Olam. 

In episode 6, Keano and Browny get into the second advice episode. The boys tell a few drunken stories, break down turn on's/off's in girls and explain to the female listeners why some blokes don't realise how good they've got it. Keano and Browny answer a few career related questions and discuss the pressures of being "the man" of the family. The boys break down the latest NBA and NFL games, and give a few tips to the listeners. Keano also discusses his new job in Townsville. 

In episode 5, Keano and Browny get into their first advice episode and answer a number of questions sent in by the faithful listeners of the podcast. The boys delve into a number of relationship questions asked by female listeners - regarding why guys act the way they do. Keano tells a story about his on-going battle with his workplace parking inspectors and the boys also break down their experiences with mental health and ways they overcame it. 

In episode 4, Australian Wallaroos representative and Queensland Reds Rugby Union star Kiri Lingman comes on to talk Rugby Union in the midst of the Pandemic. Kiri captained the Reds last season whilst juggling full-time work and full-time study in a Bachelor of Public Relations and Communication. Kiri talks about battling injuries, playing for a new team and the direction of women's sport. Kiri provides great advice for girls who are looking at giving Rugby a crack and talks about the importance of self-image and self-esteem transitioning into adolescence. She also gives great advice on how to approach life after school. 

In episode 3, Keano's good mate from uni Deccy Meagher comes on to spin a few yarns for the listeners. Deccy tells the funniest story that Keano has ever heard - about how he has a reputation for punching people in the throat and getting away with it. The boys discuss the time they thought they were involved in a police chase/man hunt while riding motorbikes at Glass House Mountains and the good first impression Keano left on Dec's mum as a young 18 year old on New Years Day. The boys touch on pharmaceutical conspiracies and their doubts of a COVID-19 vaccine being developed. 

In episode 2, Keano's boarding school pal Blake Pyle comes on to discuss his transition from regional Queensland to the big smoke. The boy's discuss Pylie's final year of study, his advice to those who are looking to move from home to pursue something else and how Pylie became the victim of a break and enter that turned romantic. The boy's break down the Brisbane Broncos drama's and compare two goats Cam Smith and Tom Brady. The boys finish the podcast by giving an exclusive behind the scenes yarn about some carnage they caused in the streets of Yeppoon, following their grade 12 grand final victory - which made the local paper for all the wrong reasons. 

The inaugural Take it as Gospel podcast with guest Jack Brown. Keano and Browny discuss Browny's new job, his dream job of becoming a professional punter and his problem with old people. Browny also talks about growing up in Emerald and the mischief he caused at his grade 12 muck up day. The boys talk about the direction of the podcast and how they dealt with moving away from home to the big smoke.
