The reasons for delays in posting episodes are many and varied. One of the slightest reasons for the delay in posting this episode -- which we intended to turn around quickly after the new Field Notes editions were released -- is that I was briefly pulled away from the computer to stir a jar of tahnini that had thickened considerably. That detail seemed noteworthy and so I share it here.
