Episode 60 [Mark 12:38-40] w/ with Angela Tiland
In today's episode, Angela Tiland and I discuss what Jesus thought about the religious leaders of the day. He (Jesus) spoke very clearly to the audience by saying that the religious leaders were NOT following God's will and that they were only interested in their self interests. The leaders were tasked with caring for those who couldn't care for themselves. Sadly, they failed this responsibility.

Previous Episode (58): CHRISTIANS MUST DO THIS THING | This is the Greatest Commandment
Episode 58 [Mark 12:28-34] w/ with Parker and Amy Smith
Whether you are a christian or not, you have most likely asked yourself how you can please God. In today's episode we get the answer to that question. Once more, the answer comes directly from Jesus. Pleasing God or being in good standing with God isn't about committing good deeds or even trying to stop doing "bad things". The most important thing that every person can do is very simple.
Answer: Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.

Previous Episode (53): JESUS FLIPS TABLES | Figs and Faith
Episode 53 w/ Howard [Mark 11:12-26]
Today's episode covers several different scenes in the life and ministry of Jesus. First, He curses a fig tree for not bearing any fruit. Second, He drives people out of the temple for treating the temple like a place of business. Finally, after the disciples see the dead fig tree that Jesus cursed, Jesus begins to teach them about the power of faith.
Even the smallest amount of faith can move mountains.
How can we increase our reliance on Jesus? How should we live in light of His absolutely and perfect authority over everything?

Finally, Jesus enters Jerusalem! While this event is commonly called the Triumphal Entry, it has a rather humble appearance. Jesus enters the city riding a donkey. However, the people witnessing this scene begin laying palm branches and clothes on the path that Jesus is on.
What does this event mean for us today? What does the event signify in the life and ministry of Jesus?
