Creative self-expression, social interaction, and optimism are the mighty triad in this episode. Our first guest Elevator, Chelsea, is back to take you on this elevator ride which is "upward and onward from here."  Since July, she has become a co- business owner/operator of Pink and Scribble with someone who knows her better than anyone else - her sister! She sets up her journey on how it began; who helped her make it happen;  when the plan started; and where she is going. You can meet Chelsea in episode 4 and 5 and be wowed at how much she has done since then. She shares the beginning of good tips including prepping and planning with more details to follow on a surprise second episode.

  • 25th Floor: Did Anything Good Come Out of 2020?

    Send us Fan Mail

Let's start  December by talking about this year, 2020. We typically plan out anything new such as a new year with what we call a "PNP" - a Plan n' Prep; and part of this journey is thanking the year we are currently in. We visit what was challenging and hurtful;  we remember those who were impacted; and reminisce about what we learned and recognize the new things that have transpired. Let's face what haunts us as we prepare to release and plan to move forward. Look up and let's elevate.

  • Episode 23: The Mindset of a Hero

    Send us Fan Mail

We were concerned that this episode was not going to happen because life happened, but this session proved to be very special. Kory and Genevieve talk about their heroes and their lack of heroes. It was nice to slow down and remember a dad who has passed on but sharing the memories brought him back so vividly. Honoring one another for their positive influences should be something we do regularly. It is these moments we should live for; these times that help us remember what is important. This episode will definitely set the mood and the tone for a special weekend that is coming up soon - one in which we show our gratitude and express our thanks to all that is good. Thank you for listening and spending time with us - you are appreciated!

"The thing about a hero is even when it doesn't look like there's a light at the end of the tunnel, he's going to keep digging, he's going to keep trying to do right... just because that's who he is." - Joss Whedon. Spend just 20 minutes with us and meet Alfonso who insisted on saving a life at the young age of 21. It is a critical time in our world, in our country, and in our lives. It's hard to figure out what's next and maybe that's the whole point, we aren't supposed to. Anxiety and unrest have taken residency in our homes,  our electronic devices, and sometimes our conversations with one another.  But today we choose to find solace and refuge in connecting by having conversations where we intentionally find the good and speak on "a few of our favorite things."  Not sure if you are where we are at right now and if you are, let's go!  Take a 10 - well okay, 25 minutes to take the elevator, and just breathe!
